Thanking my lucky stars for finding

this group!!

 

Yesterday, I lay down for a cuddle with my young daughter and she fell asleep in

my arms. Since I couldnt move her without wakng her I thought Id lay there and

take the time to meditate.

 

I started to feel my hands expand with an unfamiliar energy, and then they

started to lift into the air and move backwards and forwards.

I let it do what it wanted to do and just observed the process & the word

'healing' sprang into my mind.

 

Later in the evening as I lay down to go to sleep, I felt the energy start up

again. It has been doing alot of work in the third eye area of late, and I could

feel it there again....and then my jaw started to fall open. Once completely

open, it would rest that way for a bit before slowly closing. At first I thought

'Maybe im just doing this and not realising it' but after some observation I

realised that if I intentionally closed my mouth and clenched my jaw, it would

slowly start to pull itself away and open, and vice versa.

 

It felt almost like a magnetic sensation, and like I was a ventriloquists

dummy....and I wouldnt have been surprised if I started talking without

consciously doing so.

 

It was an interesting experience, I guess Kriyas but what I am most happiest

about is that I was able to allow the energy to do what it wanted and needed

without any fear and an increased sense of detatchment. I doubt I would have

been so trusting of the energy and process had I not found information here to

suggest this is a normal part of the process and not to pay too much attention

to it.

 

So I am very very thankful for all of you, and all the information here. Its

brought me to a profound sense of peace and trust that was somewhat lacking just

a few short weeks ago.
