Hello Dhyana,

I havent read that book so cannot comment. With regards

to the Tibetns and the breathing these are described in the book by

Peter Kelder. There is some breathing explanations but not much

except for the sixth Tibetan which so few will do.

I do not agree completely with the site I have picked for the 5

Tibetans as she seems to have agenda's other than what is being

written. That being said the pictures there are worth it as one can

see the best ways, from a visual standpoint, of performing the

Tibetans.

I am ok with it for the pictures only.

If the breathing excersices appeal to you Dhyana and they are not a

version of the " breath of fire " i.e. rapid inhales and exhales, then

perhaps you would descibe them for us here. No pressure though, you

have your work times and private times I do not mean to inflict

anything into the time you wish to spend.

Nice that your intuition picked up on that signal from your co-

worker! - blessings dear friend - chrism

Hello Chrism,

I will be happy to post them tonight as I'm in my studio right now.

It's an interesting addition. No breath of fire! lol! You know I'm in

the slow lane!

Regarding your kind remark about possible imposition on my time,

please...this group is a priority in my life. I've had to prune some

other groups though, but this one I am fully committed to. I needed

more time for my art, and solitude to listen. Its working! Its very

easy to get involved in MANY groups! lol! Then I get lazy in other

things. Not good. Hugs. Love, dhyana
