Tofu Xpress

I got my Tofu Xpress today. It works! I went and bought the higher priced tofu,

for 2.79, by Western Soy, which looks like the tofu that is often used in

resturants.I don't think the cook books ore resturants use Silken brand. I put

it in my Tofu Xpress,and it's pressing out the water as I type this. I took a

picture of it,and I'll take another,and feature it on my website.

 

I ate at BD's Mongolian BBQ tonight. It is my son's 19th birthday. It is a very

good " vegetarian " restrauant, even though it has every kind of meat available.

(I was naughty and ate 3 shrimps,and 4 scallops) but had tofu mostly,and piled

the bowl with vegetables.
