LOL  I was going to say before I read this, that if anyone is turned off my

alternative products just go to the recipes files and pick out a veg burger

recipe and when you form it into a patty shape it like a triangle, now we can

all be happy.

I agree. Besides which a long cylindrical piece of tofu fits a lot better on a

pre-made hot dog bun than something shaped like, um, an octagon or a giant

sphere. ;<)

I think I still could have gone veg without them, but it would have taken me

a LOT longer. My hot dogs and hamburgers would have taken me a long time to

get over if I hadn't had such great substitutes. I eat a lot of different

food that I would never have tried had I continued eating meat, but I still

enjoy the substitutes. Comfort food! :)

Lol! I agree with you, i dont see the problem with shapes. Itz just a form 4

crying out loud! What matterz iz what iz that form made of? I think a few good

intentioned , good hearted people are getting just a little 2 legalistic. Relax

and enjoy the ride, lifez short! Merry Christmass!

I guess I'm one of very few people (in the Western world at least) who have

never ever eaten a McDonald hamburger and very few hamburgers of any kind. I've

never liked minced meat made into burgers or meatballs (a Swedish must for most

people here), nor am I that very fond of minced substitutes. The only dishes

where I use minced stuff is a chile sin carne or a pasta sauce.
