Guest guest Report post Posted December 6, 2009 Hi, I am a new member to the group. I have been trying to go veg over the past year but realized quickly that it helps to know how to cook! So I have been collecting recipes via books and blogs. So that's why I joined here, looking for recipes. Like I said, I don't really know my way around a kitchen much but I have a smoothie recipe that I like to make in the morning. Sorry, can't remember the proper measurements but here are the ingredients that you mix up in a blender: soy milk or any other non dairy milk frozen papaya ground cashews flax seed I feel better when I drink this.
