Happy Holiday Soup (Green(spinach)-Red(tomatoes) and White Snow Balls(Hominy) I lg.can (28 oz) chopped tomatoes 1 lg.can (29 oz) Hominy 2 cups frozen or fresh Spinach (chopped) 1 cup veggie broth 1 teas.garlic powder 1 teas.onion powder 1 teas.Basil 1 Tablespoon Honey (Honey helps to cut the acid in the tomatoes) Optional:Sea salt and *White Pepper*(you don't want black specks on your snow balls.LOL) Add all ingredients and simmer for Deanna in Colorado Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
