I have this morning added the following links to - guess where? - the Links

page.

http://www.diet-and-health.net/Diet/veg_diet.html

Vegetarian Diet from the Diet and Health Net. While the site itself is not

veg*n,

the page cited here *is*.

http://www.diet-and-health.net/Supplements/BrewersYeast.html

On Brewers' Yeast - from the same source.

http://www.indianfoodsco.com/Classes/IndiasCuisine.htm

A commercial site which is a useful primer - check links on India's vegetarian

cuisine, the influence of Jainism, etc. (look to menu on left-hand side of

homepage).

http://www.eatright.org/Public/NutritionInformation/92.cfm

*not* veg*n, but some useful info.

http://www.aboverubies.org/frameset.asp?w=1024

NOT a veg*n site. Under `Healthy Recipes' are non-dairy cheese recipes,

non-dairy cream recipes .

I have also divided the folder Food, Nutirition and Health - adding one that

says Foods, Cuisines, Spices Etc. (for want of a better name right now *lol*)

and moved some of the bookmarks from the former to the latter.

Still ditzing around with these bookmarks, of course, but we'll get them sorted

out sooner or later, preferably sooner ;=)

Anyway - have a look. there are probably others I have added and not told

you about *lol*

Best,

gf
