Hello Kathleen,

 

It's nice to have you join us and even nicer that you have introduced yourself -

and such a nice newsy intro too! Thanks for that ;=)

 

I'm just blown away by your son losing all that weight after going on a veggie

diet - yet another good reason for it! I'm delighted to hear it.

 

I know what you mean about wanting people to adopt a healthier lifestyle - I

guess a lot of us do. And of course it's no big deal to be veggie, as your son's

experience proved ;=) Keep up the good work.

 

And now that we know who you are, and you know who we are ;=) don't forget

to post again as often as you can. If you have any questions, just ask. And if

there are any particular kinds of foods you would like to know more about or

have recipes for, just put a request on the list - okay? What, for example, does

your son like to eat in particular? Considering where you are living, I imagine

you're into TexMex too - a great way to eat!!!
