Ami,

Thanks for the info.

In Berkeley, Robert Johns, author of " The Art of Acupuncture Techniques "

holds technique workshops... one is in progress.

For more info, contact: drjohnsclasses

I wish there was a good Japanese acupuncture technique workshop in the East

Bay.

Do you know of one?

AIMC holds several CEU classes bringing Japanese acupuncture masters

annually

Ami, Kokko,

Later this month, Iwashina Sensei (aka, Dr. Bear) will be at AIMC. He

teaches and uses teishin (non-insertion) needling techniques. I was in

Japan studying at his clinic for 30 days in October and the stuff he

will be teaching this time is truly amazing. In recent seminars he has

spent at least part of the time going over the basics of using the

teishin needles for beginners to the system. I believe that he will do

so again this time around. I use his method 97% of the time in my own

clinic.

When I was living in the SF Bay, I attended a number of workshops by

Ichihashi Sensei in Marin, who teaches excellent Japanese needling.

His philosophy and theory lectures were also wonderful. I don't know

if he is still teaching.

Sincerely,

Where is AIMC?  I have a lot of workshops to do, my workshops have

workshops.   I am going to them and giving them.  So I don't know whether I

am coming or going.  However, this sounds very interesting.

Koji Ichihashi is amazing.

His technique is flawless. The most expert I've ever seen.

I wish he was still teaching.

Anne,

Sorry, Kokko had mentioned AIMC in the post earlier. Acupuncture &

Integrative Medicine College in Berkeley, CA. Iwashina Sensei had

talked to me about doing a seminar on the east coast, but I have not

had the time yet to organize one.

Here is the link to the seminar:
