Guest guest Report post Posted February 1, 2009 I, too, have found out from experience that the effectiveness is usually directly connected to the quality which depends on the company that makes it and also, it should be enteric coated. I've used some inferior quality products from time to time to save money and found it was a waste of money anyway cause the product didn't work. Glad to hear you found one that works for you. Guest guest Report post Posted February 2, 2009 After the problem with VS 5HTP, I bought another brand of GABA. This stopped working in the summer of 2007. It worked in the spring but, by the summer, it did not work at all. Yesterday I bought a chewable variety and Solagar capsules. I have only chewed 2 chewables and they definitely worked! I need to write to VS!
