Judge orders homeschoolers into government education

A California court has ruled that several children in one homeschool

family must be enrolled in a public school or " legally

qualified " private school, and must attend, sending ripples of shock

into the nation's homeschooling advocates as the family reviews its

options for appeal.

The ruling came in a case brought against Jonathan and Mary Long over the

education being provided to two of their eight children. They are

considering an appeal to the state Supreme Court, because they have

homeschooled all of their children, the oldest now 29, because of various

anti-Christian influences in California's public schools.

The decision from the 2nd Appellate Court in Los Angeles granted a

special petition brought by lawyers appointed to represent the two

youngest children after the family's homeschooling was brought to the

attention of child advocates.

" We find no reason to strike down the Legislature's evaluation of

what constitutes an adequate education scheme sufficient to promote the

'general diffusion of knowledge and intelligence,' " the court said

in the case. " We agree … 'the educational program of the State of

California was designed to promote the general welfare of all the people

and was not designed to accommodate the personal ideas of any individual

in the field of education.' "

The words echo the ideas of officials from Germany, where

homeschooling has been outlawed since 1938 under a law adopted when Adolf

Hitler decided he wanted the state, and no one else, to control the minds

of the nation's youth.

yeah, we have to fight constantly to keep our homeschooling rights.

those are children they lose to brainwash...here in MO, we have hs

kids growing up, and going into politics...and most hs children VOTE!

they don't rely on certain parties to bring in buses, and transport them

to the voting booth, for their votes...imagine that. <eg> we can brain

wash our children in our family beliefs...oh, shame on us!

my son will be 16 in the fall, since that's the legal age you can drop out,

it's almost a relief, as no one will bother to check on him, at that point.

no, it hasn't happened, but I've known it, too. He'll still be schooling, but,

the point is, the state will no longer be interested...

I read some years ago that a SS # made the kids wards of the state as marriage

license did as well. I revoked my # some years ago. Thanks!

it starts with the " birth certificate " Any document with your name in

caps is your corporate title or artificial person and makes you

basically a slave to the system Any work done and money made involving

a ss# is basically called income and therefore is taxable This money is

supposedly collected to run a country how ever it is really collected

to line the pockets of the bankers who basically run the commerce of

the planet. So declare yourself as a natural person to the taxation

goons and be compensated for your work... not taxed. natural person

is in a law dictionary. I feel that this subject of

artificial/natural person is part of the journey of discovery as is

taking responsibilty for our health and also being aware of what is

actually going on behind the scenes. Lots of conspiracy therories and

even more conspiracy facts......
