The two websites below help us evaluate how many synthetic toxins are in the

food we consume on a daily basis. You will be surprised and even concerned!!!

http://www.foodnews.org/ provides a tool that works out how many pesticides are

in some conventionally grown fruits and vegetables, and compares them with

organically grown equivalents. Go to the above website and click on the Produce

Scanner link.

http://www.fedupwithfoodadditives.info/ provides a list of fact sheets to help

you find out which food additives you need to avoid most, and the symptoms that

can result from consuming them. Go to the website and click on the Fact sheets

button.
