My wife and I have the same problem… We take a combination of calcium,

magnesium, and potassium from Country life… It seems to work pretty well… I read

some were that 80% of all people over the age of 60 have a magnesium deficiency…

Magnesium is important for nerve and muscle function… Good luck with this hope

it helps… Noel

As long as the Magnesium is taken separately from the Calcium, the latter

preferably at night, to get the benefit of both minerals, most people need

far less Calcium than Magnesium, if any at all.

Often such pain indicated chronic dehydration.

i suffered restless leg syndrome when i was pregnant and it occurs often in cold

climates, even on those who are not " up in age " i was taught that it is a vata

condition and all actions taken to reduce vata will also improve this

condition....for the record i also agree with the nutritional recomendations

allready given

hope that helps...

Again, I know I am months behind but I have this great formula that got rid of

my restless leg syndrome while pregnant and I would love to see if it works for

others.

Suan Zao Ren Tang minus chuan xiong, plus niu zhen zi, han lian cao, and bai

shao.

Suan Zao Ren 18g

Zhi mu 6g

fu ling 6g

gan cao 3g

niu zhen zi 6g

han lian cao 6g

bai shao 6
