Guest guest
Onelove: I have decided I'm going to find a hydrotherapist and pay them to do my colonic. I think that will work out better for me, financially. Hopefully my situation next year will enable me to buy a board. Too, I think that seeing how its done and knowing what to expect will probably help me know how to do it right next time. I have two names of local hydrotherapists and plan to visit their clinics before making a decision. The link to the hydrotherapist on your website was helpful. Gave me a starting point. Her centre looks reputable. I was able to buy some split yellow mung beans locally. So I am slowly getting everything in place. They also have the tea - triphala but only in powdered form in capsules... will that work as well? Really appreciate all your help - thanks again Carol
Guest guest
Hi Carol Congratulations on your decision to go through this healing process! I feel you are doing the right thing. Regarding triphala, it is an excellent herbal formula to take. The general dosage is one teaspoon of the powder in capsules with water before sleep. A good article on triphala is here http://www.planetherbs.com/articles/triphala.html Best regards OneLove original message " Carol " <ctcomm Onelove: I have decided I'm going to find a hydrotherapist and pay them to do my colonic.
