Guest guest
Dear All, Namaskar! A copy of post No. 2669 of Nov. 15, 2007 at HinduCalendar forum. Regards, AKK **** ***** ****** ******* ****** **** Shri Sreenadhji, Namaskar! You have just wasted a lot of time of everybody and all it has proved is an exercise in futility instead of the correct planetary position of Bhagwan Ram! It has been a big let down for everybody! Your calculations are based on JHora and JHora is a software prepared by a " Vedic astrologer " ! As that " Vedic astrologer " claims to make correct predictions from JHora, you should have recalled my statement that I have repeated a thousand times: " Vedic astrologers can make correct predictions only from incorrect data " , which means the accuracy of that software was doubtful! As such, all the details provided by you in various forums for March 14, 157 BCE for 9-15 PM (LMT Ayodhya) on the basis of JHora are fundamentally incorrect! You could have at least checked the details of the sun and the moon, besides tithi, nakshatra etc. from " Vishnu " program that I have prepared and verified the results before " displaying them for universal exhibition " . In any case, I am giving, at the end, planetary positions as per following software: 1. Vishnu Program 2. JPL Interactive Horizon Ephemeris. 3. Swiss Ephemeris All these three programs are free and can be downloaded by anybody from the respective sites. 4. To make doubly sure, I have also given the results as per VSOP87. Also included are the planetary positions as per JHora. I must put on record that JHora, like the " Vedic astrologers " themselves, is a highly inaccurate software since neither is the Moon in Cancer (it is in Taurus!) nor the Venus in Taurus (it is in Aries). Thus neither is the tithi as Navmi (it is Shashthi!) nor the nakshatra as Punarvasu (it is Mrigashra) at 9-15 pm LMT for Ayodhya on March 14, 157 BCE. There is a difference of several degrees in the longitudes of other planets as well. As such, please stop all this hue and cry of having hit the bull's eye about correct date and time of the birth chart of Bhagwan Rama as March 14, 157 BC, 9-15 PM ! Regards.
