Thanks Priya Ji for you quick response.

His first priority is get house of his own. Though he is trying to get one for part few years but could not find one. And he is very much disappointed seeing escalated real estate cost in Delhi.

He booked one flat in one of CGHS Society, but due to corrupt management, now number of members in the society is more than flats and matter is in court for past 4 years.

So if he gets his money back to buy a new one or the flat in that Society would be the solution to his problem.

Regards

Dear Sanjay,

I am afraid I do not know of any Upaya that might help him get his

money back or make him get a house in the society.

Wish I could help.

Priya Ji,

Can you please suggest upaya for growth in his business which eventually help him financially to get out of this situation. Or predict by when he can expect a house of his own.

At last you are the best judge.

Regards

Dear Sanjay,

I am suggesting a few upaya which i hope would help him.

Upaya :

[ 1 ] Keep at home a little masoor dal in a copper dibbi.

[ 2 ] Take two steel chhalla , without joint , throw one into the

flowing water and wear the other , in the left hand , the same day.

[ 3 ] Throw into flowing water a 'mitti ka ghara' with lid.

Don'ts :

[ a ] Do not get angry . Try to control anger.

[ b ] Do not speak ill of any one " manda bol barbaad karega'

There is a possibility of getting his own house after September 2006.

Sincerely,

Priya

Thanks Priya Ji for your response. I have few queries regarding upaya suggested by you:

[ 1 ] Keep at home a little masoor dal in a copper dibbi.

DO you mean sabut masoor dal?

[ 2 ] Take two steel chhalla , without joint , throw one into the flowing water and wear the other , in the left hand , the same day.

What I understand here is chhalla should be cut from pipe of steel/iron and NOT of wire with a joint.

[ 3 ] Throw into flowing water a 'mitti ka ghara' with lid.

Should the lid be sealed with cement? How big it should be - proper ghara or even small size will do?

Regards

Sanjay

Dear Sanjay,

[ 1 ] Take the Dal and not the sabut masoor. The dal is light red in

colour where as the sabut masoor is dull grey.

[ 2 ] You can find the shining steel chhalla at any shop which sells

material for curtains. such chhallas are normally used for hanging

the curtains. If the ends are joined , just open the ends.

[ 3 ] Take a normal ghara. Do not cement the lid.

sincerely,

Priya
