Dear Members

I have a Folk remedy for selling the property or House.

Bring 86 Sabut Badam (Chhilke Sahit). Take two Badams to the Mandir after

taking Bath in the morning. Keep both the Badams in front of Shivling or Shiva

Ji. Offer your prayer. Bring one of the two Badams back to your house and keep

this in separet and safe. Do this for 43 days. After 43 days imerse (Jal

Prawah) these 43 Badams which you have brought back from the Mandir in a River.

If you manage to sell your property before 43 dyas ( It mostly happens) do not

stop to go to Mandir and offer Badam. You should complete the Upaya .

(I myself have done this Uapaya and my property was sold before 43 days. I have

told this remedy to many other persons and they all were benefitted)

Respected Priyaji,

Thanks for clearing my doubts.

I just forgot to mention that my parents have

a flat in their own name each and have been

trying to sell it but without any successes.

Does their chart indicate any time frame when their

flats will be sold?

And is there any remedy to sell your flat in Lal

Kitab? If not in Lal Kitab then please suggest any

other folk remedy or upay that you know can help in

selling ones property At best price immediately.

May God Bless You & your Family

Warm Regards,

Pooja
