Please let me know regarding my husband's career and future. Though he works very hard he doesn't seem to get results. Any steps he is taking towards career is taking him no where. We tried immigration to canada, but half the way through we had to stop because the demand for his job field (aerospace) declined. Even in his present company he is facing problems.
