Mantra and tantra for success

Hi,

 

My name is Ravindra. Whatever tasks I have taken up till now have not been successful. The tasks progress at a great pace initially and when it seems that success is just a step away, they fail. Astrologers have told me that is because of Kal Sarpa dosha present in my chart. I have performed Ganapati Homa, Chandi Homa, Navagraha Homa, Sri Sukata Homa, Special Homas for planets like Kuja-Rahu and Sani-Ketu.

 

By doing these I got some great works, but the financial success from them still eludes them. I feel last piece of the puzzle is missing, which will lead to success. Presently I go to Durga Devi temple daily. Kindly advise an effective mantra or steps which will help me achieve success.
