I have read a lot about binaural sounds. Infact I downloaded all the variations of delta, alpha, beta and theta. I am excited but have not tried yet.

 

The scientific reasons available are very promising. But as we know in meditation there are two ways to progress - Sound & Light. Mantra plays the role of vehicle.

 

So in this way, one needs to chant mantra while concentrating on binaural sounds. I am sure this will lead to quick progress.

 

A word of caution - such combination can get quick results and the body has to be prepared before start.
