Court fiat on Iskcon, Mumbai

The City Civil Court has directed Iskcon, Mumbai to pay Rs 27.78 lakh to Iskcon, Bangalore as cost of suit filed over the temple ownership issue.The Fifth Additional Bangalore City Civil Court had declared Iskcon, Bangalore as the absolute owner of Radhakrishna temple at Rajajinagar and ordered Iskcon, Mumbai not to interfere in the affairs of the Bangalore body.
