Raj Yogas and their outcomes

Hi All

I would like to put some of views on RAJ YOGA in a chart and would be happy to see comments of other Astrologer

Raj yoga or Vipreet Raj yoga is formed by the combination of planets or by the virtue of their position in the chart. Since lot of combination can formed thus the software gives high amount of Yoga's for a native but the native doesn't see fruits of all of them. Gaj Kesari Yoga , Raj Yoga , Akahanda Samaraj Yoga etc. makes the native excited but when he/she doesn't see fruits of those then the native gets confused or depressed. Does follwing points should also be considered while analyzing a chart ?

1. IF such a Yoga is formed with a Single planet then will it be more powerful as compared to same yoga formed by combination of multiple planets ?

2. If we have a debilated, weak, combust, enemy or malefic planet involved in a such a Yoga is there still any chance of getting the fruits from that yoga

3. Does a Exchange Yoga give fruits even though one of the planet involved is malefic or weak

Any other ideas on such a topic are highly aprreciated

Details of Chart which could used for the analysis ( any other chart could also be used )

DOB: 4th August 1976

TOB: 08:55 AM

POB: New Delhi

Thanks in advance

Software used for astrology are not perfect and depends upon the developer's idea of astrology in terms of accuracy. Yogas are plenty but there are other placements of planets that deny these yogas and they are not included in software development.

1. IF such a Yoga is formed with a Single planet then will it be more powerful as compared to same yoga formed by combination of multiple planets ?

Very few yogas are formed with only one planet and they are rarely seen.

2. If we have a debilated, weak, combust, enemy or malefic planet involved in a such a Yoga is there still any chance of getting the fruits from that yoga?

Yes, absoltely, the planets involved will lose their strength and the yoga will lose its power to some extent.

3. Does a Exchange Yoga give fruits even though one of the planet involved is malefic or weak

No, it becomes very weak. If a natural benefic such as Sun becomes a functional benefic (Aries lagna and 5th house is Leo sign owned by Sun) and if all the planets involved are functional benefic then the fruits will be wonderful. One benefic and one malefic in terms of functionality then no, there will not be much to cheer about.

Thanks,

Ravi

Here is my own chart as an example of a good yoga called gaj kesari yoga gone completely wated, just due to the fact that Moon is in the 9th house (good house, a trikon), but Jupiter in the 3rd house (not a good house and also in an ememy's house). Placement of planets which form the yogs is very crucial to the outcome of the yoga in the end. The placement are at their best when in the kendra (1, 4, 7, 10) and trikona (5, 9).

Birth date = 21st September, 1977

Time = 20:40 pm

Place = Bhuj city (Gujarat state, India)

<table align="center" border="1" cellpadding="5" cellspacing="5" width="100%"><tbody><tr><td class="contentboldMailer" width="20%">Planet</td> <td class="contentboldMailer" width="20%">Rashi</td> <td class="contentboldMailer" width="25%">Degree</td> <td class="contentboldMailer" width="35%">Nakshatra</td></tr> <tr><td class="contentMailer">Lagna</td> <td class="contentMailer">Aries</td> <td class="contentMailer">12:03:13</td> <td class="contentMailer">Ashwini-4</td></tr> <tr><td class="contentMailer">Surya</td> <td class="contentMailer">Virgo</td> <td class="contentMailer">04:58:33</td> <td class="contentMailer">Uttarafalguni-3</td></tr> <tr><td class="contentMailer">Chandra</td> <td class="contentMailer">Sagittarius</td> <td class="contentMailer">22:58:54</td> <td class="contentMailer">Purvashadha-3</td></tr> <tr><td class="contentMailer">Mangal</td> <td class="contentMailer">Gemini</td> <td class="contentMailer">18:42:45</td> <td class="contentMailer">Aadra-4</td></tr> <tr><td class="contentMailer">Budh</td> <td class="contentMailer">Leo</td> <td class="contentMailer">17:09:10</td> <td class="contentMailer">Purvafalguni-2</td></tr> <tr><td class="contentMailer">Guru</td> <td class="contentMailer">Gemini</td> <td class="contentMailer">10:53:04</td> <td class="contentMailer">Aadra-2</td></tr> <tr><td class="contentMailer">Shukra</td> <td class="contentMailer">Leo</td> <td class="contentMailer">05:14:24</td> <td class="contentMailer">Magha-2</td></tr> <tr><td class="contentMailer">Shani</td> <td class="contentMailer">Leo</td> <td class="contentMailer">01:42:41</td> <td class="contentMailer">Magha-1</td></tr> <tr><td class="contentMailer">Rahu</td> <td class="contentMailer">Virgo</td> <td class="contentMailer">22:22:23</td> <td class="contentMailer">Hast-4</td></tr> <tr><td class="contentMailer">Ketu</td> <td class="contentMailer">Pisces</td> <td class="contentMailer">22:22:22</td> <td class="contentMailer">Revati-2</td></tr></tbody></table>

Thanks
