Yes, you are right you have Mars and Sani in the 7th house, the house of marriage, bur Mars is in its own rasi ie Scorpio. This is a good sign. Saturn is a yog karaka and benefic planet for Taurus lagna which you have, so do not worry too much about this combination of Mars and Saturn here, it may delay the marriage a bit but you should get married any way. Saturn is vargottama ie in the same rasi in both birth chart and navamamsa this is a good poing. Sun is very weak because it is just above 29 degrees in Capricorn.
