I only need this for long healthy life but not for moksha... To get only long healthy life but not moksha...one should chant this for 108 times a day for how many days? Yes u can chant it there is no rule and regulations in chanting beej mantra. At any time and at any place u can chant and its very effective if u chant it mentally.
