lording one benefic and one malefic house. Good or bad?

Dear All,

 

I'm newbie in astrology. I wanted to know if a planet lords one good and one bad house then is he benefic or malefic for the native?

 

Like cancer asc saturn is lord of 7 and 8. Jupiter is lord of 6 and 9.

 

So is jupiter and saturn good or bad for cancer asc?

 

Can you also tell me the descending order of strength in the below:

 

1. Planet in 6,8,12 houses

2. Planet in inimical house

3. planet conjunct with enemies in friend's house

4. planet conjunct with enemies in enemies house

5. planet combust

6. planet aspected by benefic and malefic simultaneously
