Do I need to wear a red coral?

Time of birth: 16:32

Place of birth: Birmingham, UK

 

I have mars in my 8th house, do I need wear a red coral? Would it be beneficial to me according to my horescope, as I do have a red coral ring, but some people have told me that I dont need to wear it. I already wear a yellow topaz for my jupiter. Also, I understand that I do have manglic dosh, but when is it likely that I will get married and what will my husband be like? Thank you so much for taking the time to address my queries.
