Krishna Cookies look just like regular cookies--round, flat, toasty brown, yummy smelling, crunchy and chewy at the same time. They taste like toasted coconut, butter and oats... but there's also something undefineable that makes them better than any cookie you have ever had in your life. It's our secret ingredient, and you won't find it in any recipe book you've ever seen. • How do you get a Krishna Cookie? You can only get them once a year. Come to the Haribol Krishna camp at the National Rainbow Gathering, which is held out in the woods every year around the Fourth of July. Which woods? Well, that we never know until the time comes to get in the car and go. It's held in a different national forest every year. You don't have to be a hippie to get one.
