make someone move out of city

Hello,

There is this guy who is constantly troubling my girlfriend and is harassing her. Actually he is her ex.He is married now but still he hasn't stopped doing bad talks about her and thats why she is now feeling very sad and insecure.these things have cropped up negativity in her mind and thats why she never trusts anyone.

 

I want this guy to be transferred out of this town.I don't mean any harm to him or his family.Infact i will be happy if he finds a good job somewhere else and just moves out of this town and lives happily for the rest of his life.

 

Is there any harmless and simple procedure that i can do to make him move out of this city.

 

I don't have any bad intentions so i guess nothing bad should happen to me.

 

Please tell me some way out of this.I really need help.

I plan to do that but this guy is troubling her all the time.

i would really appreciate a good way to get rid of this.
