Is this neecha bhanga raj yoga?

Hi all,

 

Please give some guidence to me. If Jupiter in capricorn is debilitited rasi and exalted in Navamsa in cancer does it constitute a neecha bhanga raj yoga or merely a neecha bhanga? There is so much material available on internet but most of them is confusing. I am also not sure how its effectiveness is counted? If there is neecha bhanga raj yoga in the chart how does it effect your life.

The chart I am refering is my friend's chart. Her details are, 21/06/1985, 2:52 am, Ahmedabad. Please help me, I am just a novice who is trying to learn.
