bija 0 Report post Posted June 26, 2008 (stranded man reads Self Magazine on desert island) Man decided it's time to chop down that palm tree, make a stable canoe, (have a quick shave), and get the hell out of that island! He say, 'man is not an island...neither is Krsna!' Bon voyage! lol:eek4:.

bija 0 Report post Posted June 27, 2008 bija means seed. bija can be the seed of sin or the seed of truth. I love seeds:cool: i do not know the meaning of man in sanskrit...maybe 'purusha' - person, the place of being, cosmic man.

rooneysay 0 Report post Posted June 27, 2008 what r u trying to say in this post???
bija 0 Report post Posted June 27, 2008 There is a deep intrinsic quality within each soul that we all share....this quality yearns for love/union/oneness - separation. We may try to fulfill that yearning in various ways.... How we choose to fulfill that yearning for love, is a choice each of us will discover...in our own unique way (in relationship with truth). The natures of the conditioned soul and the fully liberated soul share one common trait. The need for reciprocation and relationship. I am trying to say no more than this. Each individual will discover truth in his/her own personal way. In my understanding this 'yearning' is a pointer of what the truth actually is.
