Heat and cold conditions of the body are from Indian medicine. In western medicine this would be interpreted as allergy. In India, there are many ways to reduce body heat.

0. Exercise to burn excess calories

1. consume buttermilk instead of water liberally.

2. drink lots of lemon juice. If you have access, coconut water can help.

3. Apply a paste of gooseberries on the scalp for about an hour (not more) and then wash your hair

Avoid

1. Wheat. try to replace with rice or barley

2. High protein foods

3. Mangoes, Sesame seeds and nuts

try this for a week and if you see no results, see a doctor for possible allergies and improper diet.

Try to practice a "no grains" fast every ekadashi.
