Using the chart data provided in this post, your conclusion can be

justified using Jaimini's principles as well. With Gemini as the

lagna, the arudha lagna would be Aries. The method of death can be

ascertained by looking at the third house or the eight house from the

arudha lagna or the atmakaraka.

 

In this case, Scorpio is the 8th house from the arudha lagna. Mars

and Rahu are in Scorpio signifying an unnatural death through violent

means by fire, swords, or bullets.

 

But the aspect of Jupiter from Capricorn mitigated the means of his

death. Jupiter brought about the involvement of a trial by an Iraqui

court. Capricorn, a rashi owned by Saturn, brought about the verdict

of guilty by his enemies and a punishment of death through the

gallows (break the neck).
