I have halitosis and want to know if there is a cure.

I am a pure vegetarian. Don't smoke or drink alcohol.

Have good dental health. I scrub my tongue every morning.

My digestion is ok. I eat twice a day. Once in the morning wheat breakfast cereal. My last meal I have is at 5pm. I sometimes have a meal only once in a day but never later than 7pm.

Thank You

Jay Shri Krsna

Grabbed these from the web they make sense :)

Since dry mouth can increase bacterial buildup and cause or worsen bad breath, chewing sugarless gum can help with the production of Saliva , and thereby help to reduce bad breath.

Adding lemon juice to your water is refreshing and also beneficial.

Parsley is a natural breath freshener when chewed slowly, and is easy to grow at home.

I always use 2 Myrrh gum capsules with 2 Neem leave capsules with 7 black peppercorns daily when I have have form of virus or bacterialal illness.

It works great for me and I notice that it always make the breath more fresh and clean.

I get Myrrh and Neem capsules at the local health food store.

The combination i just mentioned is a very effective immune forumula.

At least it has been for my family and me.
