riih.qarojamahoamaan 0 Report post Posted August 23, 2006 Dear Indologist, Could some one give us the meaning of "AHAM BRAHMASMI" (GLANI 4:7) in details. Jhaveri Suryakant I m not an indologist. or maybe i m an amateur. What i understand is that every individual creature is a tiny cell of a huge body which is the universe, God's body. The body is all cells, the cell is alive because the body is alive. So you r God's cell, and God's miniature, just like a cell is a miniature of the whole body. In the funeral ceremony the Christians chant on behalf of the dead: "eikoon eimi tees arreetou doxeesSou ei kai stigmata pheroo ptaismatoon" (i m an image of your untold glory although i carry stains of misdeeds).
