Hi all,

My friend is fasting for his navgraha (9 saturdays for the 9 planets) and he says to me,

he will attend Kali Ma prayers on Saturday also?

As far as I know when fasting for Navgraha, you should keep clean fast....

also you should not attend Kali Ma prayer as this is a prayer where Meat is slaughtered an offered to Kali Ma.

Can someone pls give me any insite on this? I dont think you should attend a sacriface prayer (meat and blood shed),

when you are abstaining from meat an performing another prayer?
