I understand that this web site is for discussing religion and spirituality. But some of members here may be students or they may know students. Please visit: - http://www.visharadsoftware.com/forum You can post your doubts and help others in pre-university Physics and Mathematics. Later I will add higher grades and other subjects. It is completely free.

I agree with you, Coconut-skull.

Some believe, some do not believe at all, some say that some part is historically correct but there have been later day interpolations and some say that the stories were never intended to be taken as facts but to teach some morales.

In that case, I will assume they and not him/her. But I will not assume "if you love somebody". Rather I will assume "if you love some people". It is possible to use the combination of somebody and they, but then the sentence would be gramatically incorrect. Modern English allows they to be used for somebody. Sanskrit does not allow.

Here is the translation of Gandhi's quote "Be the change you want to see in the world." The translation is:- "yat parivartanam tvam samsare drashtum ichchasi tat parivartanam bhava" Note:- The subject in the quote is you. I have assumed it is single "you". -
Veerabharya means "wife of a brave person".

Meera is written as Jason is written that Please note: - I have assumed that a of Jason is pronounced like a of father because you said it is long "AA" sound. But some people pronounce a of Jason like "ay" of say. If this is the case with your husband's name, then let me know because then it will be written differently. This story is there in some versions but not in Valmiki Ramayan.

<!-- / icon and title --><!-- message --> I read in Mahabharat that when Draupadi was calling out to Krishna, then Dharma, remaining hidden, covered Draupadi with clothes of various colours. Then, why do people say that it was Krishna who did this?

Did Krishna or did Dharma save Draupadi's honour?

Thanks Prince Gaotham. But my question is something else. -
When it merges with Brahman, then we can say that it becomes bodyless. Or, we can also say that the entire universe becomes its body. Is it correct?

Ganguly's translation -
Thank you. In one place, I read that monkey king Vali's wife Tara had emerged from ocean.
-
What do scriptures say about this? Does a soul ever become bodyless? What about after liberation?

I read somewhere that Tara emerged from samudra manthan. But there are so many Tara's mentioned in scriptures. Please tell me which Tara emerged from samudra manthan.

If you have installed unicode font, which supports Hindi, then Jessica is proper. Otherwise, it will appear incorrectly.
