I smoked marajuana for many years-it was finding Hinduism that made me want to stop.

Marajuana was an attachment that I had to overcome to step on the path of enlightenment.

I have a long way to go, but I am now free of the weed.

Why do all of the Indian resturants use onions and garliic and many other rajistic foods?

there are about 20 Indian resturants in about a 25 mile radius of where I live, and as I am trying to keep a sattvic diet, I can not eat at any of them.

There is a vegetarian Indian deli near me and all the food they prepare contains onions and garlic.

I will not eat there.

Are Indian people living in America not Hindu?

I mean no disrespect.
