  1. Only problem I see here is the suggestion to take 4 to 6 teaspoon castor oil. It is too much. I think it should not be more than 2 teaspoon. I know this because my parents were used to give me when I was a child and now I am also giving sometimes to my children. But, mild and permanent solutiion is to take triphala churan. It will balance Gas, Pitt (Acidity) and cough in the body as well as keep stomach cleaned and pain free. Balwant
  2. dear atmabandhu: As a sadhak, I would look little different way. I saw a problem and it is very common and logical too. Anyone get shaktipat, gets lots of energy boost. Person has to be ready and prepared with appropriate plans before starting spiritual journey. Like before we plan to get lots of water, we have to plan about storing it then how and where we are going to use it. How we can get the most benefits out of it. Same way before we start spiritual journey, we have to decide our goal, our dedication and faith in our journey. Shaktipat is removing all the obstacles of the spiritual path means it opens up the flow of inner energy, connects us with universal energy, etc. Now, we should know how to handle this enormous flow of the energy. This can make you spiritually rich or if you don't know how to handle it, you can be physically crippled or mentally disable too. Therefore, Sadhana has to be done nearby Guru or experienced yogis. In dhyan, concentrating only on one chakra, generate a great strong flow of energy but there nothing to control or administer to make best use of it. Here you need to concentrate in 108 energy centers of the body and distribute this energy into all over body. This will take off the pressure from one concentrated area. Then with calm mind watch them carefully with alertness. Also, in this difficult time, instead of medication prayer should be used. Sadhak should pray to the Guru or any idol to make him able to hold this energy or pray and ask for guidance and surrender it. These kind of problem are in this Purva Margi (Eastern Path) yoga. If you do Paschim Margi (Western Path) yoga path (This east and west is related to the Body not the Earth or Globe). In Purva Marg Sadhak travel through the Six Chakras first and they are located in the front of the body and Parchim Marg Sadhak travel through the spine and reach to the Top Chakra i.e. the Sahasradal Chakra where he gains most of the knowledge may all the knowledge he may need to complete his spiritual journey on his own. Then he starts his spiritual journey from top towards down to muladhar chakra. Then again he goes back to the top. This complete his spiritual journey with minimum problems. As I am only a sadhak not a yoga teacher so I may not have explained appropriately but you can use your common sense and and experiences try to understand this simple and logical way of journey. If I have offended you or your faith, I apologize. Remember yoga cures diseases, yogi does not need medication. To play with yoga is to play with a snake. It is very dangerous. Need good help and guidance in this spiritual journey.
  3. Dear Sadhakbhai: Your question is a very common question in the Sadhana. Solution of this problems is constant and continuous living near and around Saint, Guru or very effective divine atmosphere. Also, same time, very strong desire and specific goals of Sadhana. Such as Big Anusthans which can occupy your mind for long period of time. Keep almost 18 hours of time in Jap, Scripture Reading, Satsant, Seva, physical work in the Ashram and make yourself very busy and tired. Then give 6 hours of time to rest. This short rest will be so effective that will give you fully recovery. Also, during this time, don't stay alone. Always stay around people. Do jap or sadhana in a temple or Yagnashala of the Ashram. Stay away from beds (not only your bed but anyone else bed). Sleep on the carpet or grass bed, etc. You can also sleep on wood with thinner sheet of cloth. Now, more important thing is food you eat. Do not eat spicy food, garlic, onions, etc. Eat banana, roti and drink milk. If you can stay on only milk, will be the best. Whatever I wrote here, those things I adopted in my Sadhana time. It worked very well. I lived on only milk for six months. I lived on Banana, Roti and Milk for 2 to 2 and half years. I was sitting in padmasan 3 times a day and 3 hours each time means total 9 hours. Every day I was chanting my Guru Mantra 125 Malas i.e. 12,500 times a day. Also, do not stay in bed after 3:30am. I was used to get at 3:30am and my first Padmasan was starting at 4AM to 7AM. During this time, I had quit my job and was living in the Ashram. Means, we should have complete 100% dedication. If anyone do like this, then, nothing can shake him or her from achieving goals. I hope this will answer some of your questions, may be not all. Read the books of Ramkrishna Mission about Ramkrishna Paramhans, Ma Sharadamani Devi, etc. who had done sadhana just like common person. Balwant
  4. Dear Sri Theist: You are right. Name is name, it can not be changed. Our mantras, vedas, upanishads, etc. were passed on generations to generations through vocally. Even yajurvedi brahimins have hand signs for acurate pronounciations. Modern people or liberal people do not believe but Bhagawan's name and mantras are very strict about pronounciations. There is no compromise. Now, going to Ram. Each Sanskrit letter has included 'a' in order to make that letter complete. Like R + a = complete R. Means R is incomplete until you add 'a'. So, same way to complete 'M' if we add 'a' to complete 'M' then it becomes 'M' + 'A' = 'M' complete M. This only for Grammatical knowledge it does not apply to pronounciation but some how people pronounce wrong way and made it like RAMAA. That is absolutely wrong. This trend started after introducing our spiritual Bhakti Vedanta to the Western. They changed all pronounciations. They are wrong and therefore they are not getting as much success as they should. The word TAT = is TA + T = TAT because second T is half whereas RAM the 'M' is complete so to show complete 'M' - 'A' is added to 'M'. My guru was a Bengali Mantra Yogi and he had taught Mantra Vijnan and Vishleshan System is a part of Mantra Vijnan and according to that we were used to chant mantras by separating Swar and Vyanjans for each letter of the mantra. Therefor RAM is equal to R + A + A + M + A. This is the authentic way I had learned this and explaining here. In Gujarati language RAMAA means the servant who does household cleaning etc. work. Do you want to turn RAM into that RAMAA the house servant. What I am trying to say is if you change the name it changes the meaning too. So, people, don't make my Lord Ram to Ramaa. It says that incomplete knowledge is a dangerous thing. I think people who had incomplete knowledge they change my Lord Ram into RAMAA - household servant. And if they worship this RAMAA what they can get, nothing. Then they will blame the Mantra Vijnan or the the Hindu Religion. Please don't play with Sanskrit language without enough knowledge about it. Balwant
  5. It looks like you are asking question to yourself. Read what you wrote and think. Where is a question to other people? Rewrite your question clearly so someone can answer.
  6. I know, it may not be related to your subject, but, your last two lines reminds me a phrase I heard from my guru. "Been Mange Mile Amrit Samaan, Mangake Lenaa Paani Samaan Aur Ragad Ragad Ke Lenaa Rakta Samaan." I just wanted to share this phrase. Thanks
  7. What information you have read in Yoni Tantra?
  8. Dear Divyatma Sugandhji: I am just trying to give you my input in this regard. This may not be your answer. In fact, you have wrote 4 Oms in your mantra where you are asking explanation of 3 Oms. I saw Gayatri Mantra with - Om Bhur Bhu Vah Swah, Om Tat Savitur Varenyam Bhargo Devasya Dhimahi, Dhiyo yonah prachodayat OM. As I know, if someone wants to jap this mantra for to gain or happiness or material things, means temporaray happiness with or without material they do not jap this mantra with OM or they only keep one OM at the beginning. Siddhies desirees do not use more than one OM. By adding more OM takes you to on higher spiritual level. By adding more OMs, it gives you Shasvat Sukh or permantnet or longterm happiness which does not need material mediums to be happy. If you want to go farther than this, then you need to jap this mantra in LOM AND VILOM. LOM means straight as is jap. VILOM means you jap from the back to forward. Such as OM YAT DA CHO PRA NAH YO YO DHI HI MA DHI SYA VA DE RGO BHANDYAM RE VA TUR VIS TAT OM SVAH VAH BHUR BHU OM. This Vilom is called Ajant Vilom and there is another type of Vilom which is called Halant Vilom. I can not give all the information on the public platform. It has to be learn and given in person to person. After that, there another system to jap, it is called Vishleshan - one for straight mantra and another for reverse mantra. Question is why do we need all this ways to jap? Because it accelerate the progress and some people do not want to wait to finish their spiritual journey in next birth. They are very determined and strong minded and they want to achieve their goal now in this birth. For that purpose these additional methods of jap are existing. I know, on this public platform, people are more curious but they are not determined with their strong mind and will for this goal.
  9. My dear friend amits: Mantra only does not work. There is a big mantra science behind the mantra. It needs personal guidance, personal observation and according to actions and reactions of the Sadhak, necessary changes needs to be done. Every person's body chemistry, karmas, etc. are different therefore, the length of the jap period and the result of that mantra are different. Please let me know where you are located i.e., india, us, uk, etc.
  10. Jai Sri Ram: First of all, you need to train your mind and get rid off everything from your mind, like nothing had happen. You do not know anyone with that name and you did not have any relationship with that person. I know it is very hard to do. I did it for 8 years and I was in the same situation. Remember everything has an end. Your situation has end too. There is nothing in this world without end or endless. You have to dedicate your somewhere in good place. There is nothing more than Ishwar. I was very fortunate, I found one Bengali Sadhu in Gujarat. I dedicated my life to learn about mantra. Mean 100% dedication. I left my job, I serve my guru - day and night. (I do not want to list the thing I did.) My dedication made me closest person to my guru. At least I achieve something good. Then I experienced all mystic and spiritual stages, etc. Today's great fonny guru Asaram tried to take me away from my guru so he can have me with all those knowledge of mantras. Because he was knowing that what I know. During this time, my in laws and my wife, understood that they are nothing for me. After eight years of time, they had to give up my hope and get their daughter to get remarried and misery ended. I do not wish you to get this far, but what I mean to say that put your mind somewhere, where you can get piece of mind and keep going forward in life. The otherside will be not able to do nothing, not even tantric. Tantric things only can work, if you have a feelings of jealousy, revenge, greed, etc. If you are calm and pure, this tantric shakti come to you and go back where it came and destroy that person who sent to you. If it is a really tantric attack, but, if nothing happen to them, means it was your falls belief. Good luck.
  11. I believe, Naari (woman) is a Naaraayani. Naari is a full of shakti. Refer to the story of Kagbhushundi and the Pativrata Naari who was busy at her husband's service. Vashikaran is the mantra to get control over mind and mind has tremondous power, thru that power person can do anything. Also, remember, everybody has to pay the price or suffer for their past and current karmas. We also respect the laws of the Ishwar. We should not interfere into his work. If something is not in our bhagya, we should not wish for it. Accept it as Ishwar Icchha. Turn the life to the path of Bhakti, Yog, Jnan of your choice. Things will definitely turn around and will be in your favor. Do you know that phrase "If you run after Naseeb/Bhagya, it will keep running away from you, but if you don't care about it, it will come to you." So, keep faith in your own love towards your husband and stay close to the Ishwar Bhakti. Also, remind you one more thing from ramayan that Ram had to go to Vanvaas and Sita has to stay away from Raam in Vanvaas as well as after coming to Ayodhya and gave birth to her two sons, away from Raam in Valmiki Ashram. Another thing Raja Nal and Raani Damayanti, they have to wonder in the jungle with half naked situation. So, accept the misery as a part of life, don't blame anyone and please get close to Iswar and I guarantee you, you will be more than happy. This is my own experience. I suffered a lot, but I found peace and happiness with Bhakti, Yog and still I am in the regular life. I live my life with family as they are my responsibilities, I am not attached with anyone in my family and doing job as best I can do. Now it is upto you. No one is going to take away your misery, peeda - means no one - nor mantra, nor sadhu, nor guru. If you go to them, you will be more miserable. One of my friend's wife runaway, he was so miserable, he went to a Sadhu of one of the greatest Sampradaya of our religioun. The Sadhu gave him promise to bring his wife back. Now, even today, after more 20 years he is still there and all alone. Now, it is up to you what to choose.
  12. Dear Jerry: Thanks for your interest in Hinduism. Before anyone try to help you, need to know the background. Why do you want to learn about hinduism? How did you turn to Hinduism? What do you want to do after following hinduism? If I know more information, more specific help can be provided and that help can serve the purpose. Because this needs one on one specific discussions and many information you may not like to share in public. Still, there may be lots of people out there who may help you right here. Its your choice. Hinduism is the way of living life. Balwant
  13. My friends: I read all above comments. People who answers do not have the open heart. If someone is does not feel right about raamaa then treat them like a child. Be a bigger hearted person, open your heart and give them answer two ways. One, it is the bhava is important in the bhakti. And another way, is the gramatically wright or wrong. I never seen in sankskrit books written raamaa. I always saw raam. But, as far as I know little about grammer, but I do vishleshan of some mantras. I know this will be totally new to you. What is the Vishleshan. Vishleshan is where we break up each words into separate letters, then letters break into Swara and Vyanjan (Consonants and Vowels). According to that gramatical rule. Original Sanskrit Raama is like R + A = R (complete R) + A = Raa now Ma = M + A = Complete M. Therefore Raama = Raam. As the limitations to explain, i request my friends to extend your help and understand right way. I also wants to know the sanskrit books where it is written raamaa so I can change my understanding about it. Or someone can scan some text from sanskrit book and show the raamaa in stead of raam.

    Shri Yantra

Dear Atmabandhu: As I believe in Karma or action, I do not fool around. By the grace of parmatma, anything needed by me and divine powers grant it, those things come to me. That way, I come to know two types of Sree Yantras. One which has triangles going outward and another sree yantra has triangles going inwards. One has borders has opening in all four directions whereas another has closed border. The Sree Yantra which has triangles going inwards is for the people who wants to do sadhana only for Pramatma Prapti only, not for the siddhies. The other one is to gain siddhies which is not good because it will make sadhak diverted to temptations, glory, name, fame, wealth, etc. With the grace from my guru and his kripa, I was lucky to get the diksha not only to do puja or worship, but to sit on the Sree Yantra and do sadhana. Our Sree Yantra has triangles going inwards. Remember, all sree yantras are not same. I know this may be not your answer but this will add more information about sree yantras to you.
  15. I believe Gayatri Mantra is the appropriate mantra to start spiritual journey. It is called the entrance of the Vedas. Because it takes person from I (self) to We (group). It extends the bhavana. It gives person a new birth by making him from selfish person to a selfless person. What can be better than this. It is very short mantra. You can find lot more information about it very easily and every where. Any more question, I will be glad to try to help you.
  16. Dear friend: I am a practical person. First I will think that if I invite any guest to my home, what I will do? I will clean up the residence, make sure there is nothing dirty, nothing smelling bad and nothing is looking bad too. After that I will look guests comforts and likings-dislikings. Now, if I am starting Sadhana, I am inviting my Ishta Dev or the super natural spirit, into my mind and body. I have to clean up my mind by reading spiritual or religious literatures, cleanup my body systems by turning to the diet which does not have spices, tastes, etc. Best way to clean up system is to go on fruits and milk. Of course, we need our Sadhana place clean and use Googal Dhoop to clean up air. Now, establish the idols appropriate place on the higher level than own siting level. Then put full heart and mind into prayer, mantras, or meditation and start your sadhana. I did this way, it work so well and I had so many divine and spiritual experiences.
  17. My dear friend Boricua: Dharma or religion is the matter of faith. You do not need to be born in certain region or family to follow that religion or faith. If person born in Hindu family but does not have faith in that religion, he or she is not hindu. But most important thing is that Sanatan Dharma is the original name of this faith. Sanatan means the thing which does not have regional boundaries, does not have boundaries of time (kaal) means it was in the past, it is in the present and it will be in the future. In short, it does not change per geographic area or time lines. Your heart and mind accept this faith, so you will become automatically Sanatan Dharmi or follower of Sanatan Dharm. It is upto your heart and mind has to accept the faith. Then faith is for your own good. It is not a title, you don't have to carry and show others. Saint Sri Tulsidasji says "Bhojan (Food), Bhajan (Faith/worship) and Bharya (Wife) should be the public affair, it should be confidential. So, you don't have to declare your identity as a Hindu or Sanatan Dharmi. This religion says that the Karma identifies the person's cast, state of the mind, or faith. No body has to approve or put a stamp of approval. If you have more doubts, please let me know. I will try my best to give you truth as much as I know. Be happy. Peace. OM
