    Also, could I humbly request you to spare some time to analyze the boy's birth, dasamsa and other relevant charts, and advice on the boy's career prospects?? Having moved to another country to be with his partner and help her complete her PG studies and career, the boy has sacrificed a highly paid job and has been struggling ever since to get a good job in the new country. This is the second time he has suffered a break in his career (debilated 9th & 10th lord ??) and lost hope of getting back on his feet at a level in line with his experience and qualifications. Are these breaks going to continue throughout his life? Or does his chart show any professional success / satisfaction in the coming years??

     

    Would love to have your inputs ... but do understand that the time is short too short for you to analyze the chart and resond before this forum becomes read-only tomorrow. Will try to connct with you on the other forum ... or perhaps email you!

    I am grateful for your feedback on the matter ... and specially thankful because you have explained the astral situation in detail which has helped in understanding the "why".

     

    It seems that separation / divorce could easily turn out to be true, given the planetary positions and associated afflictions / weaknesses. Any possibility of mitigation through prayers / mantras / propitiations etc. that might help get god's divine grace? Grateful if you could advise.

    Haven't had a great experience in getting proper response(s) to queries posted in this forum as yet, but am am trying my luck again as the problem is serious and situation desparate:

     

     

    Male: 11 Jan 1970; 15:10; Delhi

    Female: 07 Nov 1970; 03:45; Kolkata

    Date of marriage: 25 Nov 2003, Delhi

     

    Right from the beginning of marital relationship, the female is not at all keen on maintaining any relationship with in-laws and has made it clear that she doesn't want to stay in the same house with in-laws. The female doesn't even bother talking to the in-laws when they come to visit their son & daughter-in-law. More recently, female has made her intentions known that she is ready to leave the husband than live with her in-laws.

     

    Before any questions are raised on whether in-laws have treated the female badly which has (or might have) led to such an attitiude towards them (in-laws), I would like to confirm that the in-laws have never (ever) mistreated the female, and sensing her dislike and acrimonious attitude toward them have increased their distance with their own son in the hope that doing so will perhaps make their son's family life happier.

     

    The male, the only child, has made numerous efforts over the years in an attempt that his partner change her attitude towards his parents - but in vain. As a result of the deteriorating family atmosphere since marriage, repeated threats every now and then by the female to leave / separate, the male is under tremendous stress and perhaps on the brink of clinical depression.

     

    For the male, his partner is as important as his aged parents and he is fully committed in maintaining this marital relationship - unlike the female partner. Deep down, he has accepted the relationship is doomed and it is perhaps a question of time.

     

    Would like to know from "learned" members if there are any grounds of divorce / separation in either (or both) of the horoscopes. Please be honest and frank with your answers. Even if there're bad news, tell me. At least then I know what to expect. Suggestions of any astral remedial measures to prevent or mitigate such a situation / circumstances will be highly appreciated.

    it shows kulik kalsarpa yog...but if we keep the normal at aries and see the next planet is not rahu or ketu going clockwise

     

    and in antidirectional way it encounter ketu so is it KAY ...if so will the effect of Kulik KSY not be present does it mean instead of financial crunch he will he get financial gains?

     

    Following the criteria of identifying KSY / KAY as advised by Sandhuji, in your chart condition No. 4 is not fulfilled - so no KSY / KAY.

     

    If this criteria is not taken into account, then it is KSY (moving zodiacally, Ketu is the first planet after Rahu).

    Dear all

     

    A simple analysis to identify the same.

     

    Let me clarify.

     

    First of all, check the following conditions.

    1) All planets between Rahu and Ketu

    2) No planet is with Rahu

    3) No planet is with Ketu

    4) No planet in the Lagna

    5) No planet in the 7th house

     

    If any of the conditions above are not met, the chart does not have

    either KSY or KAY. (Kal sarp Yoga, Kal amrita yoga)

     

    If ALL of these conditions are met, the next step is to see which

    of the yogas it is, KSY or KAY. The process for that is, as I

    mentioned before,

    1) Start from Rahu

    2) Traverse the chart in the zodiacal direction. This is the normal

    direction that the planets move in, and goes from Aries to Taurus

    to Gemini to Cancer etc.

    3.a)If the next entity encountered is Ketu, this means that

    all the planets are between Ketu and Rahu. This is Kala Sarpa Yoga.

    3.b)If the next entity encountered is a planet other than

    Ketu, this means that the planets are all between Rahu and Ketu.

    this is kalamrita yoga.

    Hi Suvarchasji,

    Adding to previous mail, pls chk my calculations :

    Sun (10'14"10`) & Moon(16'35"17`) >> adding these two result is 26'49"27`.Further adding 93'20" ...result is 119'69"27` .Now subtracting this by 360'...result is getting -ve value .

     

    Am I doing correct calculation ,pls verify .

    In your birth chart, since Sun is placed in Gemini at 10:14 the actual longitude of Sun is 70:14 (30 degrees each for Aries and Taurus + 10:14 of Gemini, which can also be written as 2 signs 10 degrees 14 minutes). Likewise, longitude of Moon in your chart is 106:35 ( or 3 signes 16 degrees 35 minutes).

     

    The principle mentioned by Survachasji is known as "Iyer Point of Prosperity", aptly named after H R Seshadri Iyer who researched and published it.

     

    For your chart, the Iyer point of Prosperity can be arrived at as follows:

     

    Adding Sun's & Moon's longitudes, as obtained above, to 93:20 (or 3 signs 3 degrees 20 minutes) gives 270:09 (or 9 signs 0 degrees 9 minutes), which is the yogi point in your chart. Both 270 degrees 9 minutes or 9 signs 0 degrees 9 minutes translate to 00'09'' Capricorn (please note that since the total 270:09 is less than 360:00, there shouldn't be a need to subtract 360 or multiples thereof from the total). The nakshatra at 00:09 Cap is the yogi nakshatra.

     

    As relative creation exists in duality, the existence of the yogi point implies that an opposite energy must exist as well. This is what is known as "avayogi point" which lies 186:40 (or 6 signs 6 degrees 40 minutes) from the yogi point.

     

     

    So as per your chart, 270:09 + 186:40 (9 signs 0 degrees 9 minutes + 6 signs 6 degrees 40 minutes) = 456:49 (15 signs 6 degrees 49 minutes) is the avayogi point. This translates to 6:49 Can (456:49 - 360 = 96:49 which is 6 degrees 49 minutes in Cancer). The natshatra at 6:49 cancer is the avayogi nakshatra in your chart and just as yogi nakshatra is considered highly auspicious, avayogi nakshatra is considered inauspicious.

     

     

    Importance of calculating yogi point from 93:20:

    93:20 is 3 signs 3 degrees 20 minutes or 3 degrees 20 minutes in Cancer. The natshatra at 3:20 Can is "Pushya". The reason the point is calculated from Pushya nakshatra is that Pushya is a divinely nakshatra considered the most auspicious out of all 27 lunar constellations.

     

    Incidently, when one adds 186:40 to yogi point to arrive at avayogi point, one is in fact adding 2 * 93:20! Why it is so, I do not know (as yet).

     

    PS: I am neither an astrologer nor a student of astrology. But since I was aware of the principle being discussed in the thread (Iyer point of prosperity), I could not resist the desire to share the information in detail.

    Dear learned members,

     

    Can a combust but retrograde planet be considered a strong planet under the given circumstances??

     

    How will ME maha-dasha turn out of be for the individual's career when:

    1. ME (lord of 2nd and 5th house), combust and retrograde, is positioned in 9th house in birth chart (lord of 9th & 10th is deb. and placed in 12th house).

    2. ME is vargottama (9th house in birth chart and 6th house in navmasha)

    3. ME is exalted in D-10, conjoined with D-10 lagna lord Sun (both placed in 2nd house in D-10).

    Could be an issue with your PC. Like I said, I did not get any error except the DLL one (again this could be due to issue with my PC). But it still worked at the end.

     

    My guess is that you have a local issue (your PC / OS etc.) that's freezing your PC in the middle of the installation.

    How do you copy the file to where like what do I do? It doesn't go any futher when at the last point of installation I wonder why

    Seems to work (installed on XP)!

     

    I got a DLL initialization error while installing which I chose to ignore and continue (could be a PC issue rather than application issue) and then simply copied the PL7.EXE file as directed. No other errors observed during installation.

     

    When you start the application it checks for internet connection (don't know why) so do follow advice to disable internet access when running the application or configure firewall to prevent PL7.EXE accessing the internet.

    I guess it means that you should overwrite / replace C:\Geovision\PL7.EXE (here c:\geovision is assumed to be the directory where the PL application is installed) with PL7.EXE provided in the "Parashara's Light 7 Professional Crack+instruction" folder that you exctracted from the ISO image.

    Immensely grateful if learned members could dig deeper in my horoscope and advise on the following:

     

    1. What my horoscope predicts about stability and success in my career? Are obstructions a permanent element that I'll have to keep on enduring??

    2. Can I look forward to better times - career wise - in the coming future or the golden period, if any, has already passed by??

    3. I am wearing a blue sapphire and have been advised to wear a diamond as well. Should I wear a diamond to strengthen my lagna lord?

    4. Since mercury is vargottam and placed in its own house (gemini) in dashamsha, will Mer mahadasha benefit me in my career? Will wearing emerald help??

    5. Does my horoscope indicate that my fortune and success in career is possible only after I have my own child?

    Dear Gurujan,

     

    Another question I wanted advice and feedback on is whether my horoscope indicates that good fortune and success in career is possible only if and when I have my own child? One astrologer had said this (to my parents) and is the only one who has indicated so.

     

    Is this correct? And if so, appreciate if someone could explain how this is indicated in my charts.

    Thanks for taking out the time to advise.

     

    1. Worrying is not a trait that I possess, and definitely not worrying unnecessarily.:) It is only my current situation wrt to my career that has had me worried in recent times.

    2. I resigned from my job (then) in Aug 2002 and went abroad to pursue PG education and returned to India in Sep 2003 having successfully completed the course from a reasonably prestigious institution.

    3. Sep 2003 - April 2005 was a terrible period as far as my career is concerned.

    4. April 2005 - Sep 2007 was by far the best period of my career that I have experienced till date. And I pray and hope that I get to experience something like that again in future - if something better isn't destined for me.

    5. I relocated abroad in April 2007.

    6. Since Oct 2007 the period has again been extermely terrible as far as my career is concerned.

    7. I am an IT Services management professional (not into software design / development). :)

     

    Hope these details assist you (and others who care to help) understand and analyze my chart better in a bit more detail.

    You have just started Mercury mahadasha which as you know is the only planet which is BOTH auspicious and well placed for you getting good strength.

    I can understand the hard life you've had in your past but I belive mercury mahadasha should be much better for you. You can further strengthen mercury by praying lord Vishnu on wednesdays.

     

    Moon-rahu conjunction gives a worried mind so much so that even in happy times you'll find some reason to worry about- no offence please:) Praying lord shiva on mondays can be of great help. read shiva chalisa and chant OM NAMOH SHIVAYA as much as you can every day- say while walking driving, bathing etc.

     

    Can you please share if something significant happened on the job front between aug 2002 and oct2003 like moving job or place. and how was 2007-08 job wise? are you doctor by any chance(surgeon):idea:

    Date of birth - 11 Jan 1970; Time - 15:10; Place - Delhi

     

    I am desperate for advice as obstructions in my career seem unending. Not that I haven't experienced job satisfaction, progress and success, but everything has been short-lived till date. People undertake further study and move abroad to progress their career BUT my career has suffered everytime I have tried to change my life for the better.

     

    I would like to know what my horoscope predicts about stability and success in my career. Can I look forward to better times - career wise - in the coming future or the golden period, if any, has already passed by??

     

    I know my horoscope isn't great - with all the 3 dushsthanas occupied by planets and the remaining planets either combust or residing with rahu - but I would like some learned members to analyze my horoscope in some detail in terms of my career prospects in future.
