Wrong! I was told shortly after the attack at Mayapura that Prabhuapada was informed about in 77 happened because of Bhavananada and what he was doing. If a young teen ager like me could know, then many others must have known too. But Prabhupada was not told. And so when tamal's letter was written, we HAD to reject atleast 5 from the List, immediatly cuz' we KNEW! You must have been in the dark to think it was not untill the 90's.

That is just my point, we were told when the letter came out that Bhavananda was putting more then his hand between the legs of youngin's before the letter written by tamal came out. So the letter along with tamal and queertanananada was rejected, and their buddies too. Satsvarupa: When Ramananda Raya brought Varnasrama up, Lord Caitanya said it was not possible in this age to introduce this. Prabhupada: He did not say not possible. Iha bahya. could you please give a working link? I used to have a vedabase downloaded in my computer, it was great! Easy copy and paste, but i lost it, when my computer died. I have not been able to replace it. Now i just use the folio disk, which for some reason will not let me copy and paste. So i find things there by search, then using more refined date and times, i look in google, then copy and paste if i find anything. Just yesterday i was looking for Prabhupada's talking on the words "negative attraction" which i learned through KC. I wanted to see if Prabhupada said anything about this, but did not find. Help! We need to be able to copy and paste from Vedabase, without paying the Hundreds of dollars for the Vedabase! Some of us can't afford it!

hahahaha! i am not struggling with anything related to the 11 so called ritvik dudes! i was given a List by Tamal and i understand that the List is people not to go to for ANYTHING! I am just asking you (those who think the letter written by tamal on july9,77, is "authorized") what you will do now that Hansadhutta is callling himself a "ritvik representative of the acharya" he says that is his role on his website, so you (those who think the letter by tamal is authorized) should send your bhaktas to him for getting initiated to Prabhupada. Or Satsvarupa, he also is accepting sort of disciples in a ritvik fashion now. So there you go! Those 2 fell down, and fell down again, but now they fell up! So send all the bhaktas to them! ahahhahahahahahaha Hansadutta's site is down now, but he advertises himself as being a Ritvik, and since he is on the list written by tamal that got the 11 into that perfect faction, which lead to what we have now, and it is "authorized" by Prabhupada (not very likely) why are'nt you (who are so easily duped) following that order? Send all newbies to Hansadutta! (don't send them to anyone, tell them that the letter from july9th is a forgery or List, and you will be leading them properly, there is no need for it, Prabhupada will never be not present)

thanks for the nice reply. i guess some of us are quite mixed really. i have been a gun toting gun firing guy since i was 6 and my dad put the gun in my hand and helped me pull the trigger. i carry a conceiled weapon often, used to in mangala arotik when there were too many crazies, doing the crazy thing. so maybe i have the kaitri;ya thing going, and i care for cows, and have had my own corporation for 30 years, so maybe i am a vaisya, i know i am a sudra and melecha by some of my activities, including picking my nose for treats, but i have also kept clean and honest while serving the deity, so maybe sometimes i have the brahmana thing going a small bit. But i do know that Prabhupada taught us that there is no Varnashrama without the Cow. That is where it starts, that is where it stays, and that is where it continues, without the cow/ox, there is no Varnashrama. Atleast not a Daivi type, since we are supposed to be followers of a Cow Herd Boy.

I am sorry, i just came into this thread. I have not read all through it. I don't have a lot of time for this. I believe in living it , not speculating about it. But from what i can tell, Prabhupada said that there are no brahmanas in this world anymore. And that the Cow is the center of Varnashrama. So we have Prabhupada as our Brahmana, and we Protect Cows as per our Brahmana's instructions. The Cow fertilizes the soil, we grow in that fertile soil. Seems like a perfect Varnashrama Project to me! Without the Cow in the center, there is no Varnashrama. All the Varnas depend on the Cow. Atleast that is how our Brahmana see it.

Hey, i just thought of something. Those of you who accept the letter written by tamal, that helped him by naming him and 10 others into the faction of zoned outs.................... You still have hansadhutta to do your ritvik work for Prabhupada. So now you can distribute books and tell people that they can go out and see hansadhutta and maybe satsvarupa too (he has said that he does not mind that some of his disciples are "ritviks") so now everything is all perfect for you. Ofcourse you don't have 11 middle men, but you have 1 or 2. And since you guys all think that the letter written by tamal is "authorized" then you must accept hansadhutta and satsvarupa too right?

Does that mean that you reject Prabhupada's Final Order? Did you notice that my post spoke of his final order, which he said was the CURE? Do you accept that Prabhupada had an idea in mind for the LIFE of a devotee, and which he was going to implement and show to the world at Gita Nagari, but was not allowed by the snake man? Do you know that this work he was going to establish at Gita Nagari was the fixing of all that was broken in the movement? Namely stoping the abuse in Guru Kula, stoping the initiations of "Show Bottle Brahmanas", showing how to live off the land, and Protect Cows and Women. When you know that this was his final orders and desires to fulfill, then you understand why the 11 wanted their names on a Hit List and why they did not allow Prabhupada to make it to Gita Nagari. They all did not continue this work that Prabhupada said was his mission left unfulfilled. I will never accept it! I have read the only transcriptions of that day when Prabhupada named the Hit List. Twice he said "no" to the whole idea. And again the result was 11 guys named and 11 guys missusing the instruction to be "ritvik", a word that i only see behind tamal's name. I know that in our books there is words that are close, but no ritvik, that is solely tamals' just like the letter. The whole conversation of july 7th is crazy! Tamals tells Prabhupada that they decided to stop initiations. That right there showed me that tamal was doing things that Prabhupada had not authorized. Then tamal starts babbling and not ending sentences. And what was the "final order", not what Krishna Can't says, not what tamal wrote, NO! The final order was from Prabhupada! He said Let me go! Let me go on Parikrama on Ox Cart to Govardhana Hill on Govardhana Puja day! And he said that would CURE him! So we have done this for Prabhupada, we took him to Govardhana Puja day many times on Ox Cart. Right from Gjita Nagari where Prabhupada was going to fulfill his mission. By fixing the Gurukula, stoping the inititations of 'Show Bottle Brahamanas" showing how Cow Protection is his mission, and growing food, and making our own things needed for life. This is for sure! Prabhupada's Final Order is not something written by tamal, that got tamal and co. into their faction of 11 zoned out acharyas. Prabhupada's Final Order was related to Cows, and he said that was the CURE! When we start to agree that the letter written was a forgery for 11 men to get what they got from that letter, and that Prabhupada had a Real Final Order, and we all try to understand how that final order can CURE us and the movement and in turn the world. IRM has as it's "position paper" a letter written, used and created by Tamal Krsna. That is why it will never be accepted as a mission, or bonafide thing. Judge a thing by it's result, although the letter says "ritvik" (tamals word) they did not use it to become representatives, they used that letter to show that they were named as succesors. If you follow Prabhupada's rule "Judge a thing by the result" and you see that no one more and no one less became zoned out acharyas, then you MUST REJECT THE LETTER! Just like so many do now. I spoke recently to to so called "living gurus" and asked them what they thought about tamal's letter that got him and the other 10 into the zoned out acharya position, they both said the same thing......... "that letter was tamal's creation, written by him for purpose" what is that purpose? To do just what it did! It showed 11 men that were named, from the many many who were doing before, who would not go along with the conspiracy to just those 11. It might have said ritvik, but judge it by who and what those named became. IRM is stupid, and anyone who accepts the letter written by tamal to be any thing "authorized" or "bonafide" is also stupid. I dont want to be stupid, i follow Prabhupada's rule, i see that no one became zoned out accept those on the Hit LIst, and therefore i think that this letter is just what 2 so called gurus think, a letter written by tamal to get his and the other 10 on a list of names, a Perfect Faction. Sankarshana guru, and Bhaktimarga guru were the ones who agreed with me. If you and IRM accept this Hit List as bonafide, i am baffelled by your stupidity. Hare Krishna Catrbahu das what ever Prabhu. I have as my screen name "bhakta chris" but i too joined when you did, and too Prabhupada as my Soul's Guru when he was still quite visible. I like the screen name as it is, so that thugs of different institutionalized cults can not come after me so easy. I am so vehemently against this Ritvik word and so called "authorized" letter written by your leader tamal because i joined and lived with 12 devotees all who lived and served Prabhupada very personally in 26 2nd ave. Temple, way before iskcon's and iskcon rehash's leader tamal joined. My adopted father was in Vrndavan when the whole take over took place, from May to November of 77. He had very much inside knowledge, and first hand talks with Prabhupada. So when the letter of tamal came, he just threw it in the trash, where it belonged. He continued to act as he did for years, serving Prabhupada as Prabhupada told him to do. He was one of the "senior man do" people, and did not stop doing when the letter came out. He told me things that were very well covered up by tamal and co. Things like, Bhavanada was responsible for the attack that took place in Mayapura in 77........ He told me that i should never trust ANYTHING that had tamal's signature on it, or came from tamal, like the word ritvik. So i just can not accept that letter. I do accept that Prabhupada is the Guru for Iskcon. I do accept that a Self Effulgent Acharya would appear after the Self Effulgent Acharya left, but only if there was some purity and not any factions to stop it. But this letter made the faction, so now we are without the next Self Effulgent Acharya. But you know, i don't really care if you or others want to accept ritviks or living gurus, or kirtanananda as your leader or whatever. You live your life, and i will continue to serve Prabhupada as i have since the mid 70's too. You can call yourself a "Prabhupadanuga" too! Sri Caitanya Caritamrita Adi 12.8 prathame ta' eka-mata acaryera gana pache dui-mata haila daivera karana SYNONYMS prathame -- in the beginning; ta' -- however; eka-mata -- one opinion; acaryera -- of Advaita Acarya; gana -- followers; pache -- later; dui-mata -- two opinions; haila -- became; daivera -- of providence; karana -- the cause. TRANSLATION At first all the followers of AdvaitaAcarya shared a single opinion. But later they followed two different opinions, as ordained by providence. PURPORT The words daivera karana indicate that by dint of providence, or by God's will, the followers of Advaita Acarya divided into two parties. Such disagreement among the disciples of one acarya is also found among the members of the GaudiyaMatha. In the beginning, during the presence of Om Vishnupada Paramahamsa Parivrajakacarya Ashtottara-sata Sri Srimad Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura Prabhupada, all the disciples worked in agreement; but just after his disappearance, they disagreed. One party strictly followed the instructions of Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura, but another group created their own concoction about executing his desires. Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura, at the time of his departure, requested all his disciples to form a governing body and conduct missionary activities cooperatively. He did not instruct a particular man to become the next acarya. But just after his passing away, his leading secretaries made plans, without authority, to occupy the post of acarya, and they split into two factions over who the next acarya would be. Consequently, both factions were asara, or useless, because they had no authority, having disobeyed the order of the spiritual master. Despite the spiritual master's order to form a governing body and execute the missionary activities of the Gaudiya Matha, the two unauthorized factions began litigation that is still going on after forty years with no decision. Therefore, we do not belong to any faction. But because the two parties, busy dividing the material assets of the Gaudiya Matha institution, stopped the preaching work, we took up the mission of Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura and Bhaktivinoda Thakura to preach the cult of Caitanya Mahaprabhu all over the world, under the protection of all the predecessor acaryas, and we find that our humble attempt has been successful. We followed the principles especially explained by Srila Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura in his commentary on the Bhagavad-gita verse beginning vyavasayatmika buddhir ekeha kuru-nandana. According to this instruction of Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura, it is the duty of a disciple to follow strictly the orders of his spiritual master. The secret of success in advancement in spiritual life is the firm faith of the disciple in the orders of his spiritual master. The Vedas confirm this: yasya deve para bhaktir yatha deve tatha gurau tasyaite kathita hy arthah prakasante mahatmanah [ 6.23] "To one who has staunch faith in the words of the spiritual master and the words of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, the secret of success in Vedic knowledge is revealed." The Krishna consciousness movement is being propagated according to this principle, and therefore our preaching work is going on successfully, in spite of the many impediments offered by antagonistic demons, because we are getting positive help from our previous acaryas. One must judge every action by its result. The members of the self-appointed acarya's party who occupied the property of the Gaudiya Matha are satisfied, but they could make no progress in preaching. Therefore by the result of their actions one should know that they are asara, or useless, whereas the success of the ISKCON party, the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, which strictly follows guru and Gauranga, is increasing daily all over the world. Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura wanted to print as many books as possible and distribute them all over the world. We have tried our best in this connection, and we are getting results beyond our expectations. Prabhu, with all the humility that i can muster, please read my reply to this question. You seem to be not listening. I already answered. But in short.............. the reason that tamal forged a letter that listed him and the other 10 is to stop the control of the "local senior man doing" from the temple presidents to only this faction. If he had written as you suggest "These 11 are Prabhupada's successor Acharya's" how many would have accepted? And again, for you who seem to just neglect hearing Prabhupada, you must "Judge a thing by it's result". Not one name more not one name less was the result of that letter, who became Zoned Out Acharya. It worked perfectly...........listen! It did it's job! It made the faction that tamal and co. wanted, and was able to get. How can this not make any sence to you? If the result was only these guys being Zoned Out, and Prabhupada says to "judge a thing by the result" How can you keep thinking that a letter where many good devotees, voted in by the confidance of the temple peoples, namely the Temple Presidents, are relieved of their duties by tamal's forged letter, and tamal's new word, "ritvik" and men like Kirtanananda and Bhavananada are put in charge of that duty, how can you not see that this was a forgery and trick, even if it did not say successor to the acharya. If the result is that they gained power, how can you still want to promote their power? The letter is a trick, it worked perfectly, and you are still being tricked, the end.

If you prove to me that Prabhupada wanted the system that he was using, with the local senior man doing to stop, and that those particular 11 guys were supposed to be the only ones from then on. If you can prove to me that this letter written by tamal is bonerfide, then i will have to ? kill myself, or reject Krishna or become a meat eater or? What do you want to do, become defamationist by defaming the Founder/Acharya by saying that he appointed THOSE guys?

Not intended, but the result, just as tamal planned it to happen. Don't look at the intention, Prabhupada says to "Judge a thing by it's result" not me, i did not say that, i repeated only. And Prabhupada did say twice no to this request. Only after much nagging by tamal did he acquiesce, but it never sounded like these names were to be the only ones who would do, that is where the letter written and designed by tamal came in. He wrote in that letter, that "in the past the temple presidents............." but after this letter, those who chose to follow tamal and his co conspiritors, had to see the 11 only. That was the biggest change to Iskcon to date. Giving that much power to a faction of the biggest rascals in our movement, with Kirtanananda's name first! If this letter was so important to Prabhupada's will, Prabhupada would have written it, if it was a clever trick to get 11 bad dudes names on a list of those to take over, then it would have to be authored by tamal, with the forgery on it of Prabhupada's signature. Prabhupada always tells us to avoid any factions. That letter created a faction. And still if you look at the RESULT and not the intentions, what do you see? Result=Zoned Out Acharyas. Yeah! that picture is the funniest thing! Did you not know that the guy on the right is KrsnaKant? hahahahahaahha what a joker! Judge a thing by the intention! Says KrsnaKant (the thug on the right of the other 2 thugs) I give up on you guys, you can have your ritviks, your kirtananandas, we follow Prabhupada, he says "Judge a thing by it's result" we see that having names of a certain faction along with the word "ritvik" you get something bad, so we reject that, because that is a bad result. He did say "NO the senior man can do" he does not say from now on, the senior man can not do, no he did not say that we should have kirtanandnanad as our ritvik.
