Dear jndasji, Rama & Krishna are Poorna avatars of Lord Narayana. Whether you like it or not you have to accept that Lord Narayana is the Ultimate God. Only He can give salvation ie liberation from the ocean of birth & death. It was proved from Thirumizisai Azhwar's life story which you yourself has posted in indiadivine.com open page. Thirumizhisai Azhwar existed & his pasurangal are there as the proof. Other Azhwars pasurangal & temples still exist we have to accept that Lord Narayana is the ultimate God or Reality. Again & again we want to ensure that we are not against ISKCON. We only do not like the idea of creating Krishna as different from Narayana & making western people ignorant of Ultimate Supreme Narayana. HariBhol!

Dear shushil, There are no verses in Bhagavat or BG where Krishna says He is Superior to Vishnu since He is an avatar Of Lord Narayana who is also called as Vishnu. In BG He clearly mentions He is everybody. He shows His Viswarupa dharshan only in the form of Vishnu with all gods to Arjuna. In Duryodhana sabha also He showed His Vishnu form only as Viswarupa. Do not create a feeling that Krishna is different from Narayana(Vishnu) to the western people. Krishna is an avatar of Lord of Narayana. HariBhol!

Bhagavat Gita is a great scripture; Krishna is a great Lord & service to Him is a great duty. HariBhol!

Dear shvu, You always seems to justify Veerappan's actions by your logic. Pandavas were good when compared with Kouravas. Krishna spared only Pancha Pandavas lives for the sake of queen Kunthi(ofcourse Parikshit for their race). Pandavas underwent so much sufferings inspite of being good. You can not compare Yudhishtra with Rama. Nobody worships Yudhistra. We think of only Harichandra when we talk about truth not Yudhishtra. We think of only Karna when we talk about charity & not Yudhishtra. Pandavas were devotees of Krishna , so He protected them showing to the world that God will protect Dharma even if He has to take adharmic means to protect His devotees. That was He did in Mahabharat war. He made pandavas kill their enemies in adharmic way, because it was impossible to kill them otherwise. To keep quiet in the court where Kouravas were making fun of Panchali was unpardonable sin . That was happened with Bhishma, Drona etc. What is the use of being a great person when you are not able protest against injustice done to a helpless lady? The Pandavas had the punishment of staying in the forest for 13 years for Yudhishtra's responsibility to stake Panchali in the gambling. Only Panchali thought of Krishna & He immediately came to her rescue. under any circumstances do not justify Veerappan's actions. HariBhol!

Nothing is obtained free in this world. We have so much urge for materialistic pleasures. We should have constant urge to attain Him, then only we will be able to attain Him. God is always standing to protect us( Sholapur, Dwaraka etc). He is waiting for us to turn our mind towards Him. We are so absorbed in this world , we have no time to spare even a few seconds for His sake. Hari Bhol!

Why Yasoda was not able to catch Krishna immediately when He runs away from her when she wanted to tie Him for stealing butter? Vedas describe that Dharma is present in the face of God & adharma is present in the back of God. When Yasoda runs after Krishna she sees His back where adharma was present so she was not able to catch Him. Also she had a stick in her hand which represents her ahankara, so she was not able to catch Him. When she became very tired she threw the stick & sits , seeing that Krishna took pity & turn towards her. Now Yasoda saw Krishna's face where dharma is present & caught Krishna. The moral is we can attain our goal only if we go in dharmic way & can never get our goal in adharmic way. Also we should replace I & mine with He & His. Unless He decides to get bound He would be bound otherwise it is not easy to bind Him. Only pure devotion & love can bind Him. Krishna says He will give Mukthi & not Bhakthi. So we are fortunate if we are devoted to HIM. HariBhol!

It is said that who die at Kasi (Banaras) attain salvation. The reason for that is Lord Shiva tells the name of Rama in the ears of those who die at Kasi. So the name Rama has such a power. HariBhol!

Dear shvu, You need not have any Vedic knowledge or know about Upanishads, smritis or srutis ect to attain God. All you need is simple devotion with out hurting anybody. Most of the ISKCON followers are from other religions so they accept what their Guru said. One of the nine devotions to God is surrendering to your Guru. That is what they are doing. Fanatics are every where. Because of the few fanatic followers of ISKCON ,the whole organisation is getting bad reputaion. See only what good things they are doing. They are making people to chant Krishna's Name which is very good for this Kaliyuga to overcome this samsara Sagara. Dear shvu, Yudhishtra did not agree to Krishna's proposal to lie saying Ashvattaama is dead. Krishna asks him if he sees Ashvattama die can he tell it? He agrees. Krishna names an elephant as Ashvattama & Bhima kills the elephant. Then Krishna asks Yudhishtra tell the truth & Yudhishtra tells Ashvattaama athha Kunjaraha(An elephant named Ashvattaama died) . Before Yudhishtra finishes the complete sentence Krishna blows His Panchajanya so Drona hears only Ashvattaama died & throws his arrow & bows & then Krishna asks Arjuna to kill Drona. It is very difficult to be like Yudhishtra. Though Karna was also a good person , he was helping evil people(he was on the side of adharma) which brought his fall. HariBhol!

We have come to this world with empty hands & we are going to leave this world with empty hands. Let us therefore cultivate the habit of bhakthi. This devotion can be developed by either reciting Ramayana or Gita or by just chanting His name. We should always have an inner urge to reach Him like Meera. Let us try to follow the foot steps of Meera to certain extent if not to full extent. May Lord Hari give us the strength for that! HariBhol!

The goal of human life is to attain Hari. Even after attaining this human body, if we do not try to reach Him, we are really wasting our time. It is very easy to attain Him in this Kali age just by chanting His Name. Let us start chanting His Name & attain Him. HariBhol!

Once Duryodana asks Krishna why is He dark when His parents are fair complexioned? Krishna replies him saying him that He has come as his kaala(Yama), so He is dark. HariBhol!

Ramayana ends with the coronation of Rama after His return from forest after killing Ravana. The Lava Kusa episode was added by narrowminded people afterwards. Coming to Vali's killing ; Vali was sent to the earth to help Rama in killing Ravana, but insted he became friend of Ravana. So Rama had to remove him. Rama killed Vali in adharma way by showing people that no one even God is not exempt from punishment for wrong doings.That was the reason Rama in His next birth as Krishna accepted the death at the hand of hunter who was Vali in his previous birth. The story of Rama sending Sita to forest again were added by some narrowminded people. Even if you consider it is true, the purpose of Rama as avatar is to show to the world how a man should live. A king shoud be prepared to even sacrifice his kith & kin for the sake of his people. The kings should not sacrifice the country for his kith & kin as taking place now at present. In my opinion we can never see a person like Rama who upheld dharma. Jaki krupa lavalesu the mathimanda Tulasidasahu Payo Param visramu Rama samana Prabhu naahi Kahu. There is No body who can be compared wth Rama. Rama is equal only to Rama. Sita also played Her role very well showing how a woman should uphold dharma. Hari Bhol!

Govardana Lila of Krishna signifies, if anyone needs support, should seek His support. Our friends or people who love us can give us only perishable things. Only God can give us what we require not only in this world but also salvation.

Krishna is dark because He is in the eyes of Gopikas who put kajal for their eyes.

Faith is very important to go forward in spiritual path. It is really unfortunate to select the wrong people as guru. We should be very careful in selecting the Sat-Guru. Binu Hari Krupa milahi nahi santa. Unless you have Hari's grace you won't get pious association. If you have deep faith in reciting God's Name, Ramayana & Gita , I tell you from my experience, you will be able to feel the presence of God. But you should have unflinchable faith, With out of tint of doubt. HariBhol!

Lot of people have complex for their skin complexion. God Krishna wants to show them all, they need not give so much importance to the colour of the skin. It is the love & devotion that attracts Him more than anything. HariBhol!!

Why Lord Krishna is dark comlexioned? Because He takes all ignorance from our heart & purifies it.
