I am keen to know the well being ( lifetime ) of my daughter, as per her astrological chart. She was born at 0910 hrs local time in Manchester (GMT 0910), on 13th May 2005. I agree with this comment, lord of 7th in 6th w/ Rahu causes marital delays mainly because of unrealistic expectations for marriage partner (Rahu). You are running Mercury Dasha and from chandra lagna Mercury is lord of 7th, exalted. Can give strong push to get married. But you cannot rush marriage because of parents. You must communicate with them and tell them you are open to it and it will happen in due time. I was born on the 8 th of August 1980 at 6:31 p.m(place of birth Mumbai).I got married on the 24 th of feb 2008 and moved to US.However since then i hae not been able to work.Before marraige in India i used to work with a top IT company,however after moving here due to lack of work visa i am not able to work here.I had applied for work visa last year but did not get it, this year too i have applied for my visa but not sure whether i would get it.

To be honest, I am not sure. But I sense that in August things will improve. You will move from Me/Me/Mo to Me/Me/Ma. Me and Mo are in Parivartana Yoga between 6th & 7th houses. When Mars Antaradasha begins things could improve. Also Saturn, Lord of Asc will be moving into 9th house for you (in Sep) which will cause improvements.

I have been wondering what will be the effect if Sun and Mars in Aries (4th house) as Sun in exalted in Aries and Aries is Mars's Mooltrikona sign. This will be an interesting combination right.

Yes it is, of course excellent. The stain of 8th lordship is not much because the Sun is exalted and Mars is comfortable and very strong in his own sign. Lord of the 4th in the 4th is great. The mind will be very strong.

Youe eye problem is due to Moon in 8th, Sun in 12th houses. Also, Moon is aspected by Mars that enhances the problem.

 

Venus is in Lagna as lord of Mother and Happiness with Mars (father) indicating that Happiness is at your birth place (close to parents).

 

Sapphire and Diamond in gold are not advisable in my humble opinion. Rather diamond in silver is good overall.

I agree completely. The luminaries (Sun & Moon) in dusthanas cause some problems with vision.

Blue Sapphire doesn't make sense for you, Saturn is already exalted. Diamond is of course excellent.

Ruby can improve the vision as it strengthens the Sun but is not auspicious for your ascendant. You could consider experimenting with clear garnet stone.

Get up before the Sun and do Surya Namaskar.

Meditating on a ghee lamp for a period of time strengthens vision too (as does looking at the Sun for short duration).

Eyebright is an excellent herb for vision.

One of an astrologer told me that i should wear white sapphire which will give me effects for jupiter and venus, i went to him for consulatation related to my onsite prospect and firstly he suggested me to wear..yellow sapphire and after that he said.. diamond too is very important so i can go for white sapphire for this... but while searching on net.. i found that.. white sapphire is substitute for diamong.. i got confused...

White Sapphire is for Venus. Yellow Sapphire is for Jupiter. One stone cannot be for both.

In your chart Venus is the auspicious yoga-karaka. But it is already exalted at its maximum degree. Maybe the astrologer meant it could strenghten Jupiter because Jupiter is the lord of Venus (Pisces). That's sometimes true.

But most important is to strengthen Jupiter with chanting and Service to Guru or spiritual teachers. I wouldn't wear Yellow Sapphire.

I would really appreciate if some learned astrologers shed some light on the following problems. I have really went through a rough life since mid of 2007, career wise, fame, money, relationships, misunderstanding etc. I feel that the life has come to a standstill (absolutely no improvement in whatever i do and obstacles everywhere.I just wanted to know as to when things might get better. Relationships for you will be a little difficult. You have 2 strong malefics in the 7th Mars & Saturn, so it is not smooth. Also 7th lord Mercury goes into the 6th house with the nodes. Many ups and downs in relationships and not smooth relationships.

The best thing is to do lakshmi mantras every day. That will help your money situation.

You have recently entered a Rahu MD cycle. I'm not going to lie to you this is going to be a time of great change and probably challenge. If you try to "keep everything steady" it probably won't work.

You will almost certainly travel abroad. You should consult a local priest about this current cycle and ask his blessings and advice.

Can you please suggest remedies for guru chandala yoga? i have ascendant conjunct jupiter in pisces lagna(both jupiter and lagna in uttarabhadrapada nakshatra) and rahu also in first house. I am experiencing bad effects of this yoga in the form of physical problems(low immunity, low vitality), interpersonal problems(with friends, family) and depression related problems...

 

Can i wear gomedh to solve this problem? Should i wear yellow sapphire with gomedh or citrine with gomedh?

There is absolutley NO PROBLEM with Jupiter in this chart. It is very auspicious as Lord of Asc in Asc. Rahu there will still cause some problems.

But Strengthening Jupiter will only help in a minor way I feel. When Rahu is on Asc. sometimes the person's ego is inflated but weak. Often there are many uncertain changes in life, many, many different strange things happen. change of lifestyle, career, everything. The person is often quite extroverted or desires to be recognized.

The moon is w/ Mars in Aries. You should wear pearl. This is a light manglik condition. You can get angry quickly.

Also you should do Surya Namaskar every day. Try to arise and shower before the Sun comes up and do some type of gayatri or other worship of the Sun but do NOT wear Ruby.

Regarding Gomedha. It wouldn't hurt to experiment w/ this stone. I'm always a little suspicious of Gomedha, have personally had bad experiences with it. But my Rahu affliction is much different than yours. In your chart Rahu only influences Jupiter which is already strong. So why not try it.

Also, the only good herb for Rahu is calamus powder. If your mind gets foggy you can snort the powder which is excellent for the mind, memory, self-expression, etc.

I don't usually recommend gems for Rahu. But I would make an exception in your case. You have a kala sarpa yoga in your chart and, more importantly, you are going through a Rahu cycle. You should wear a light orange or golden hessonite garnet on the middle finger. Do propitation for Rahu on Saturday evenings. It is said one should chant "Om bhram bhrim bhraum sah Rahave Namaha" 18000 times.

Forgive me if this is the wrong place to post this, but i have very good reasons that only astrologers can help me in this.

 

I am a Madhva Brahmin(Dvaita) and have been having lot of problems since 6 years. For us, Narayana is the highest God. Even according to Sanatan Dharm, Narayana rules the element of ether(which is the highest and purest of all the five elements).

 

 

I have noticed that i have been having lots of physical and emotional problems ever since i have been worshipping Vishnu god. I am at my wits' end figuring the reason for this and this is actually driving me crazy. My argument is: if i am suffering by praying to the highest god, it is CERTAINLY happening for a GOOD REASON. In other words, i have concluded that it is CORRECT that i am suffering. But the flipside of this conclusion is that i am pushing myself towards SELF DESTRUCTION. I mean, literally, my self destructive tendencies are getting better and lately i am also observing that by default, i tend to do things that are to my detriment.

 

I also strongly feel that this is due to Guru Chandal Yog that i have. My birth details are: 5th March,1987 Place:Hyderabad,India and Time: 7.41 am

 

I feel that the Guru Chandal yog is being resolved in the most inevitable manner. I believe that worshipping all other gods(like powerful Shiva, Kali) will only help the person temporarily to cope with the situation, however, it is inevitable that the person suffer to clear his sins. Unlike other gods, Narayana helps his devotee to be independent(without the need of God's help to survive) and therefore in the process He makes the person suffer for all his sins, but at the same time guaranteeing his safety and security during the suffering phase( all these qualitites have been described in the fruits of reciting Sahasranama). I am edging towards self destruction but i have to survive.

 

I am at such a point in my life that both the agreeing and disagreeing answer to my above argument are true and valid. While what i said in the previous paragraph is true to my knowledge, i also am a materialistic person, atleast as far as living happily with basic things like love of people, good health and decent career, i am realising that i am heavily losing out on all this and am also losing time due to the worship of Narayana.

 

this argument is consuming my life and i am having a very explosive headache and i am unable to decide what i should do: worship and suffer OR worship the more materialistically benevolent gods like ganesha, shiva, durga but be unsatisfied regarding my argument and not enjoy the fruits of praying to these gods whole- heartedly.

 

I mean no disrespect to ganesha, shiva and durga here. It is also my religious background that is reponsible for such thoughts. Where Advaita devotees regard Shiva as Supreme.

 

I would be grateful if anyone could describe their opinion regarding this problem of mine.

I have experienced the same thing! Just for a couple of days I chanted the Vishnu Sahasranama and had some very strong difficulties with my emotions and feelings. I thought this was bizarre.

It also occurred to me that chanting to Vishnu does strengthen the Sun (and mercury too). In my chart Sun is not auspicious. In your chart same, in fact both Sun and Mercury are in the 12th house.

Maybe this has something to do with it. But, to be honest, I'm only guessing here.

What would happen if the lagna lord Sun for a Leo ascendent is present in 12th house of Cancer along with Rahu.

 

Rahu is at 7.56 in Cancer.

Sun is at 10.26 in Cancer.

 

The lord of 5th, 6th, 7th,8th : Jupiter and Saturn are in 2nd house very near to each other..11.46 and 11.34 degrees respectively..

In this chart lord of ascendant Surya in 12th house w/ Rahu causes confusion about one's life and purpose in life. There is no clear self-identity and the person can be taken in by many suggestions the more unrealistic the better.

A ruby should be worn on the right ring finger. Worship Lord Narayana on Sundays. You can chant the Vishnu Sahasranama on Sundays. This would be very good!

When you strenghen the ascendant lord ALL of life is improved even marriage and relationships.
