Who Am I?

A Word un-uttered - a great joy!!

Ancient beyond days... forever!

I am myriad - no image permanently reveals Me

nor any letter - scintillating I flash;

Like a shadow flitting, I am untouchable.

No letter nor combination of sylable reveals Me!

Indeed even as a sound arises I become it -

I cannot be found as I am action itself!

I appear as the conscious one in the mind ..

I myself do not name this and that;

nor do I understand this or that --

I only enjoy raw and direct my own Being!

I know nothing but who I am! I do not know anything else

nor do I ever acknowledge any other than I !!

I am eternal - The Infinite Conscious Self!

All at once the mind falls into Me -

it stands mute, unable to report on Me!

with eyes wide open the body's eyes are filled up with Me!

My Absolute shines out of everywhere as the solid-state

enjoyment of myself! but I do not know its name

nor ascribe it being other than myself!

The body walks about as if insane or drunk incapable of naming Me!

The mind cannot comprehend Me ... who I am is written upon infinity

my name is my total being - it is the word of Me!

I am flung out as existence into myself!

When I come into the awareness no mind can resist

no being is capable of Me - I am insurmountable!

I am the indomitable Self, spoken of for aeons.

known by few - pointed at by many, written of seldom.

I do not have any limit, hence no form can encapsulate Me.

The mind bathed in Me, is stupefied rendered empty and mute

it cannot report who I am! yet undeniably some great unfathomable

transcendent fills the mind in that hour!

Named I am not; known I am not; my presence is cognized but I remain

unknown.

The drama of life, pleasure and pain. success and failure, life and

death -

are all the working out of my process - whereby again and again I re-

cognize!

All that exists is my attribute; it is my nature! My -- consciousness!

I myself am something unimaginable - I am no mirrored image!

I am completely free of limitations of any idea, imagination or being!

I am unmitigated endlessness -- my extension ... my extent is

incomprensible!

the limitation of language - the limitation of the sounds and

pictures

nay the limitation of the mind is due to it's own nature!

Who? A great peel of laughter rings out as the flash of an exploding

star!

What description, what philosophy, what sect, path, religion or

imagination --

What reflection, what conception -- what degree of super-conscient

mind ever knew Me!

I in whom all these reflected refracted ideas of who I am have

appeared

have appeared simply due to my own nature! I do not do it, I do not

create it!

I did not act to cause it - it is my nature itself!

Who Am I? I am a simple smile! a cheezy grin or a silly man --

a great genius or an insane fool. I am a mother, a father, a stone!

I am That! I am -- I AM!

Bodiless, full of being, full of bodies, full of existence, full of

my own Self!

I reject nothing of That Self! Always existing, forever flashing I AM

My Own Nature!

One day a mind may come to the threshold of Me - That one may fall in!

When the mind is held mute, when the Will is in stasis, When the

descriptions are held in check

when acknowledgement of the existence of infinite being is known to

be truth due to the suspension of

ascription, attribution and apperception, when the attention is held

in full wakefullness to the mind's

inability to enunciate my name or my designation, then that mind will

merge with me.

The mind will never know me no being will ever see me, it is merely

inherence,

recognition unspeakably sacred; it is holy;

The result is reported as the decent of grace and named as such by

the mind;

but it is incapable of description!

The body wanders about as if disengaged from the mind's faculties -

it does not know!

Silly words these! Who can describe me to Myself!!

Om Om Om Namahaa!!
