Guest guest Report post Posted September 11, 2001 jai Gurudev to all, There has been horrible attack by terroists on multiple locations the first one being 8:45 am (est) on to the world trade center in manhattan new york.. by a plane that was left boston leaving for LA then was redirected to new york jfk and then suddenly veered into the down town heading towards the world trade center building (world trade center has twin towers each more that 100 storeys tall) it deliberately crashed into one of the towers and few minutes after when this whole thing was being shown on TV suddenly a 2 nd plane came in and hit the 2 nd tower and 1 hr after that a 3 rd plane rammed into pentagon( the military/defense intelligence hub of US) and there is one more unconfirmed reprot that a plane was hijacked and heading towars wasington any how as safety measuure white house , treasury and other tall buildings have been evacuated, all airtraffic is shut , right now america is in chaos...... i feel how stupid the relegious fanatism is.... lot of loss of life... lot of destruction.... any one from newyork/new jersey.... are you safe..... jai gurudev Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

The unbelievable disaster which has happened in the USA is one of the blackest and the most dreaded chapter in the history of civilised world. Knowing the American Jingoism, this could be the pilot episode that could eventually lead the planet into world war 3. I'm a Hindu by birth and proud of being of Hindu from WITHIN. But if somebody tries to get into a debate of religions, i unabashedly glorify my religion to no extent. Not only for the sake of debating or out of ego, but out of sheer pride of knowing the worth of being born as a Hindu. I don't start the debate, but if i'm pulled into it, my stand is very clear. But this doesn't mean that i'm a fanatic. But then, when things like the abovementioned tragedy takes place, i don't see no reason as to why i shouldn't and for that matter every Hindu should not turn into a fanatic and rage a holy war against whosoever tries to desanctify and annihiliate my people. I always wonder how could we bring an end to a religion (ISLAM) which believes in killing thousands and lacs for no valid reasons. I think its the only religion which propogates KILLING and SPILLING BLOOD in every aspect of life. Be it their Festivals or their day-to-day life, they all are draped in blood all over. It is one religion which is always in conflict with every existing religions of the world, in every corner of the world. Be it, Asia, Europe, Russia, Africa, everywhere they've simply been massacaring people like anything. I know many Gurubhais won't agree to my views, but then if we realise the PRESENT STATE of the most ancient and the most powerful but equally peaceful religion(HINDUISM) of this universe, it will send chills down our spine. The American tragedy will have repurcussions all over the world. But then, see the poetic justice of nature, it was the US who armed the so called islamic fundamentalists years ago and now they are facing the consequences. And how! Guest guest Report post Posted September 12, 2001 Jai GuruDev Its immaterial whether we are HINDUS,MUSLIMS, CHRISTIANS or whatever be the religion, GURUDEV has said that we all belong to the religion called "LOVE", you say that islam believes in killing,thats totally untrue, believe me "NO RELIGION IN THIS WORLD AUTHORISES KILLINGS" not even ISLAM, its just some misguided people in the name of religion and jihad go about killing people.infact to give you a very good example, our own people during GANPATI FESTIVAL fleece people for money and this happens not just in cities but on the highways and people who don't give money are beaten up.what do you want to say about this??its nothing but misguided people who try to make use of religion for their own personal gains!!! let me reiterate the fact NO RELIGION AUTHORISES KILLING PEOPLE, so my dear gurubhai lets forget all this and try to follow what our GURUDEV has always said "LOVE IS THE ONLY RELIGION OF THIS WORLD". lets unite and kill this evil called terrorism for this world and make this world a better place to live. VERY TRUE. >Knowing the American Jingoism, this could be the pilot episode that >could eventually lead the planet into world war 3. i dont understand what you imply by that, if you feel it necessary you can elaborate... i have been following the attack very closely on the TV i have personal sympathy for it ( i believe that the loss of life would be around 10,000).its a real pain to watch the pictures of the bleeding innocents and the pictures of the innocent workers falling/jumping out of the twin WTC towers.I think it would not be appropriate to call it Zingoism.... you are not aware of the loss of life and pains it takes to get organise the rescue efforts, there is blood shoratage, doctors are working round the clock , the debris /rubble of the such huge buildings to clear is very difficult...., you cant use machines just like that as there may be some people alive trapped in the steel and concrete rubble, you have to clear it fast as with time you may loose those survivors also, besides there is whole lot of evidence you should look for.... that is very much required in establishing the culprits... you see, its real intruiging scenario... >I'm a Hindu by birth and proud of being of Hindu from WITHIN.
