In Narasimha Rao's eBook https://www.astro-vani.com/data/File/vedic_astro_textbook.pdf, page 167, the following is stated "A functional malefic placed in the 3rd house and dusthanas (6th, 8th and 12th houses) brings good results, by spoiling the significations of the bad houses". So, if Jupiter is a functional malefic for a capricorn ascendant and Jupiter is placed in the 3rd house Jupiter becomes a benefic. Does this mean that a functional benefic saturn's ASPECTS (3, 7, and 10) will also be good despite its malefic nature?
