Guest guest Report post Posted February 4, 2007 Soyrizo Cabbage Soup 1/4 curly leafed cabbage 14 ozs. potatoes 1 Soyrizo, half 6 cups water 1 clove of garlic 1 onion 4 tbsps. oil salt and pepper Cook the potatoes, onion and peeled garlic in boiling water with a pinch of salt. Drain, reserving the cooking liquid; mash with a fork; return the cooking liquid to a boil. Cut the cabbage into thin strips; break up the Soyrizo and add to the liquid and cook for 3 minutes. Add the mashed potato mixture and mix well; Season with salt and pepper; ladle into bowls and drizzle with olive oil. Serves around 3 or 4 ______________________________\ ____ Food fight?
