There are vedic mantras for the waters, the earth, the sky, vegetation etc, but I don't know any mantra for the nature in specific.

Varuna is the devta for water and there are many verses in Rig veda devoted to Varuna e.g. mandala: 1 sukta: 24 Richa: 6-15 . Rig veda is written in a manner so that it identifies the devta or devta(s) for the verses.

BTW, the most common mantra is the prokshana mantra:
Aapo Hishtha Mayah Bhuvasta ...

There is a famous atharwa-weda text in honour of the earth.
I don't know where it is exactly, you can search here:

All the vedas are honouring nature to the utmost.
By the way, there is no better mantra for all purpose than the saawitrii.
