Ancient scripture found
Ancient scripture found Rashtriya Samachar Samiti RSS (Nepal National News Sewrvice) KATHMANDU, Dec 20 - A hand written scripture on historic drama ' Dewarchan Bidhi' supposedly composed by a king of the Malla dynasty, Yachhaya Malla has been found. The 25-page hand writtten scripture has been recovered by cultural expert, Lilabhakta Munkarmi. According to him, Malla king Yachhaya Malla had written the drama in 584 Nepal sambat during marriage ceremony of his eldest son Ram Malla. The 542 year-old scripture is said to be written in Bhujimol script in Maithali and Sanskrit languages. http://www.kantipuronline.com/kolnews.php?&nid=60484 What would a Maoist Nepal Government have done with this find? |
