Sadhu has no Varna or Jati

Dear Friends:

I read the most disturbing news in NDTV yesterday.
According to NDTV sadhus can be considered Dalits.
This is the worst abomination of the idea of sadhu.
If someone feels that he is a Dalit sadhu,
he is not a sadhu at all. He is a fake.
Sadhus don't have varna or jati.
Before taking up the life of an ascetic,
they have to perform their own funeral.
Sadhu belongs only to God.

We must protest to NDTV in the strongest possible way.
