Yes, your Jupiter and Saturn are both in the 12th house (losses) aspecting 6th house (disease). Here, Jupiter can manifest as diabetes, constipation, stomach, liver, pancreas, and bowel problems. Saturn can indicate dental, bone, nerve, paralysis, back, etc. problems. Very importantly, you are also undergoing Sadesathi. This can worsen these circumstances well as many other aspcted of your life. Why don't you give this a try:
First, try triphala powder (if not already) at bedtime with warm water. Next, for 7 weeks feed roti, gud, and ghee to a black cow. If interuppted, you must restart this for 7 weeks. Be aware during this process there maybe problem stopping you from completing it. This is from my humble experiences, I have seen this work on many, many occassions.
